Decent appetizers and service, but this Chili's chili borders on terrible - thin, greasy, and salty.

Yesterday I went to pick up food at To Go and there was a man in a red shirt talking badly to the employees. I imagine that they must be from out of town because of the way he was talking to them and the air of superiority he was showing them as if he was more than anyone else. It's unfortunate that someone like that represents a company like Chili's. The food is very good but I don't encourage a place with that human value.Cheer up for the employees that this gentleman manages. It will take courage for them to endure.

We went to Chili's last night (Saturday night) after a soccer tourney. The place was packed and we had two very hungry kids and 3 adults. We were sat quickly. Our server approached us quickly and the drinks we ordered (including much needed beers) were at our table what seemed like instantly. Same with our appetizers. Next our kid's food was delivered as soon as it was ready. Without even having to ask to bring the kids food first, they did it. All of our meals were delicious, hot, all the things. We were all impressed with the amazing service we received in a packed restaurant. I wish I'd gotten our server's name, but our receipt says we were at table 41 on 12/9. He was top notch! Fantastic service and just what we needed after a long day.

I would say this restaurant is the definition of a 3/5 on Yelp. When I was younger this used to be my favorite restaurant. Of course then I was still learning shapes and colors, but still. It is quite pricey to go here these days and the quality of food you receive is a bit lackluster. I ate 16 wings and it was about $18 and they were a bit tiny and extremely dry. To be honest I think the chicken nuggets from McDonald's dunked in some sauce would have been on par to this or maybe even exceeding it. The skillet queso is the saving grace. It is delicious every time we have gone. However i feel like the cups of the queso and the salsa are a bit smaller than they were some time ago. Inflation man, it's hitting this place hard, but thats no excuse for the dry, tasteless, small, overpriced wings I ate. Again it wasn't exactly bad, but not too great either. Would recommend eating here if your 1st and 2nd options are out of reach.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone that works there is so friendly and hospitable. Everyone is always laughing, I enjoy myself so much when I go there. I love ALL the food they make. Right now I'm into the sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Yummy, please go try them.Vegetarian options: I've not seen their options but I love the veggies options.Dietary restrictions: Unsure, but I'm positive they will make every effort to accommodate. I'm allergic to seafood.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: It's definitely a kid friendly place.
