I did an online order. Arrived at the store a few minutes before the promised time. Several people arrived in the meantime. They knew I was waiting for my food, but they finished helping all the people in line prior to completing my online order which was not delivered until 6 minutes after the promise time.

Unbelievably bad experience. I stopped in around 6:30pm and the line was practically empty — not because they were efficient, but because there was no food left on the line. The employees were rude, dismissive, and literally walked off mid-conversation while I was explaining why I was frustrated. No accountability, no apology, just attitude.

And to make it worse — not a single manager in sight. No one running the restaurant, no one stepping up to fix anything. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less whether customers were served or not.

This location is a complete mess. If this is the standard Chipotle is okay with, they’ve seriously lost touch with what made people want to eat there in the first place.

This Chipotle has terrible management. The staff is not trained it’s always filthy inside, if Chipotle cares about their stores they need to get rid of this manager and bring in someone who actually cares. I live 10 minutes away this Chipotle is always terrible. Staff can’t wrap burritos, and they are always out of basic ingredients true shame.

Stale chips, constantly out of basic ingredients, mobile orders not ready on time. Has to be the most poorly managed Chipotle I’ve ever seen.
It’s so unfortunate for one location to give the brand such a bad name.

My sister went to this Chipotle location and had a really disappointing experience. The employee named Ryan Kohn (red hair) was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service.

Instead of being polite or helpful, he had an attitude the entire time — making her feel uncomfortable and rushed while ordering. There’s no reason for anyone to be treated like that, especially at a place that’s supposed to be friendly and welcoming.

We’ve always liked Chipotle, but this visit left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds their staff about the importance of respect and professionalism toward customers.

No chips, got my son a kids quesadilla that comes with a fruit option. The orange had mold on it. The person was the counter slid it into the bag before I could even see it. Not good

The counter looked like a bomb had gone off and it hasn't been wiped down all day. They must have had a busy streak because the napkins were out too. No one was in line when I walked in and no one was attempting to clean up the mess.
