I love chipotle but locations vary in their service. Today No Tea. This is huge. They sold me a large cup, they have tea but they will not refill their empty dispenser. So I have to drink water or coke (300 calories per cup). Stock your tea. I asked 3 times.

I placed my order online for the first time and the service was stellar! I had 3 different servers come up to make sure that I was helped already while I was waiting on my order. The service team has a great dynamic, very friendly and kind people. Last but not least my chicken burrito was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning. 😊

Picked up a bowl and a burrito on Cinco de Mayo. Rice was SEVERELY undercooked. Support only gives you an option to get credit for a free entree, why would I come back to get even more uncooked rice?? Two ladies at the front were rude as well. My sister asked sour cream on the side after the cashier asked if she needed anything else and the cashier loudly sighed. Dont come here
