I did an online order. Arrived at the store a few minutes before the promised time. Several people arrived in the meantime. They knew I was waiting for my food, but they finished helping all the people in line prior to completing my online order which was not delivered until 6 minutes after the promise time.

The counter looked like a bomb had gone off and it hasn't been wiped down all day. They must have had a busy streak because the napkins were out too. No one was in line when I walked in and no one was attempting to clean up the mess.

The one time I ordered a burrito and not a bowl, salad or tacos the whole thing fell apart not even halfway through. The worker could have been a little nicer about letting customers know that the inside dining area was closed off. But whatever.
