Generous portion sizes, and high level of customization.
I had an excellent experience at Chipotle recently, especially with their rice bowl. The portion sizes were impressively generous—definitely worth the price—and everything tasted fresh. What I appreciate most is the high level of customization. I could choose exactly how much rice, proteins, veggies, and toppings I wanted, and the staff made it just right. It’s rare to find a place where you can personalize your meal this much while still getting great quality and quantity. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a filling, customizable rice bowl!

For the customer who uses points to redeem chips, it’s TERRIBLE. They’ll grab the chips from a different location and the guac is also not fully peeled. Chips are not crispy at all with unbeatable grease.

I never seen a chipotle store do something like this but this is very disappointing.

Came in for 1 kids meal. There was no one waiting but they had a large pick up or catering order. Unfortunately they couldn’t help us for the 1 kids meal until they completed the online order. Wait time time would have been 10 minutes. I appreciate the honesty but I don’t understand why 1 kids meal couldn’t be prepared.

A very small portion. There is especially little meat. I asked the employee to add me a portion, but was refused. This is very unpleasant

Burrito bowl was good. Half steak, half barbacoa, brown rice, medium and picante salsa, corn, black beans, lettuce, and cheese. Very good. The corn and mix of salsas are the key IMO.

However, the soda fountain only had flat water. Ever try Diet Coke made with flat water? But the service was good and they refunded me for that.

Pretty clean establishment. Very good.

Choice stop in the mall. Food tasted fresh enough and was done proper and not sloppily. Close enough to the car park.
