I think overall I’d give this place 4/5 stars - but the best thing here that I’ve had is the papa locas. It’s this absolutely loaded plate of waffle fries, with meat, cheese, beans, and all the toppings you could desire. It is SO GOOD. My girlfriend and I always come back here specifically for the papa locas. Get it - you will not be disappointed.
Quick service with quality ingredients and decent prices (Comparable with the local taquerias). Carne asada burrito was one of the best I’ve had locally. Not fatty or under seasoned.
Some days they’ll make quesabirras but you have to ask the staff if the cook is willing. (Hint hint management - please add this option!)

It's the same taco bar concept without the annoying advertising, and much better ingredients. Prices are a bit cheaper as salsa & chips are incldued.
But there were no forks and the tables were sticky. Perhaps the Socialist in Chief Newsom banned forks?
