Do not order your cake from here. Paid over $60 for a small cake, I asked for it to be made pink and have Oreos placed on top. They never called me to inform me that they could not make it pink due to it having a photo on top and didn’t tell me it couldn’t have Oreos on top as well. They made the cake white and told me that’s that. They gave me a partial refund after I complained but said they’d need my FULL CARD NUMBER, which is insane. I settled for a gift card, but will NOT be coming back for a cake at this location ever again.

I am writing this review hoping to help improving the customer service from their employees. I want there on Sunday, June 8. There was a teen blond girl who didn’t greet when we arrived. There were no more customers it’s not that she was busy. She was just rude. When we were ready to order she continued being disengaged. Not a hi, not a smile. When she was ready she just yelled “is that it?” . I was going to order something else but I changed my mind after this unpleasant experience. I hope the owner reads this post and pays more attention to their employees.

I ordered from here the other day. Same thing I always order, sweet cream with oreo cookies. It's my favorite, I've been ordering it for years. When I recieved it, I was not satisfied. It did not taste good at all. I am unsure if ingredients have been changed? Or maybe my order was done incorrectly? It tasted like sweet cream with some other flavor that I did not ask for nor like. Also, my oreos were not fully smashed. They were really big pieces and it looked as tho it was just cut in half and thrown in there. Its only 2 oreos they put in, so it's obvious to see it was not crushed correctly. Will never go back again, it is not the same.

Older guy is so rude, no smile and talk very rudely with customers. Even our ice cream tasted bitter because of his bad and rude customer service.. i would definitely avoid this place

I ordered a birthday cake remix and asked the girl what kind of ice cream the boo batter was and she said cake batter... I told her I wish I would have known that because I would have gotten that instead because I really didn't want the birthday cake remix... she said oh maybe next time... I couldn't believe it. I was the only one in the store so they were not busy yet she didn't offer to make it for me instead. That is bad customer serv especially because they were not busy!! I doubt I will ever come back here again.. now that's too bad...

I came here because they had a Despicable Me 4 promotion going on and I love minions. However I just have to note that the minion flavor is absolutely disgusting. ? It's supposed to be marshmallow, and it really does taste like a marshmallow. However, WHY WOULDN'T YOU PICK LIKE ANY OTHER FLAVOR. Banana? An INCREDIBLY viable option. Yellow marshmallow really makes it seem like you're eating a literal minion, which is really off-putting and it just doesn't taste good. Thankfully, they still serve the ice cream in the minion cup (for now) even if you don't get the minion flavor.
Also, I've always felt kind of negatively about the vibe in Coldstone- it's kind of grimy, poorly-lit, and outdated. It doesn't really make you want to stay in the building very long. I would say they should replace a lightbulb and then redecorate or something.
As a lactose-challenged individual, I was a bit disappointed with the lactose-free options, but at least they existed and they was not an upcharge. Yes, I ate the ice cream, and yes, my tummy hurts. That's not Coldstone's fault, I just enjoy ice cream. Also, the ice cream was kinda melty and really stretchy which was again kinda off putting. I mean, it tasted good, but there's better ice cream places out there.
Staff was friendly and helpful! The line was a bit slow, but that's fine.

The ice cream is fairly good. However there are so many places that serve ice cream that Cold Stone no longer stands out. It is a little expensive. It is good but you can get more at a frozen yogurt shop and it is less unhealthy for you as well. This location isn't dirty, but I wouldn't say it is clean
This place is so hit or miss. It’s always a toss up if you’re gonna get toppings mixed in or half-a$$ed clumps. Tonight i had preordered at 8pm for pickup at 8:27. I showed up at 8:28. There was a family ordering ice cream and 3 other people waiting for their prepaid orders. I waited my turn. only, my turn never came. no one talked to me. they helped everyone else. confirmed their order or at least asked their name. however, they just assumed the last ticket was mine (which it was) but i was left wondering in the corner if they even had my order started (which they did not). I finally got my order at 8:50. 20 minutes after the pickup time and almost an hour after i ordered. i had groceries (now melted) and dinner (now cold) in my car. I had just gotten off work and wanted to go home. not sure how i ended up waiting SO long. longer than any other stop for me tonight and it was for PREMADE ice cream! so disappointed in this location. the one in dublin is usually better but parking is worse. pick your poison i guess.Edit: They also forgot one of my toppings. Or just knowingly didn’t give it to me lol. who knows.
