This place is so hit or miss. It’s always a toss up if you’re gonna get toppings mixed in or half-a$$ed clumps. Tonight i had preordered at 8pm for pickup at 8:27. I showed up at 8:28. There was a family ordering ice cream and 3 other people waiting for their prepaid orders. I waited my turn. only, my turn never came. no one talked to me. they helped everyone else. confirmed their order or at least asked their name. however, they just assumed the last ticket was mine (which it was) but i was left wondering in the corner if they even had my order started (which they did not). I finally got my order at 8:50. 20 minutes after the pickup time and almost an hour after i ordered. i had groceries (now melted) and dinner (now cold) in my car. I had just gotten off work and wanted to go home. not sure how i ended up waiting SO long. longer than any other stop for me tonight and it was for PREMADE ice cream! so disappointed in this location. the one in dublin is usually better but parking is worse. pick your poison i guess.Edit: They also forgot one of my toppings. Or just knowingly didn’t give it to me lol. who knows.

Fantastic ice cream. A ton of options to choose from. I got the birthday cake flavor and it tasted fantastic and just melted in my hand. With the waffle cone and chocolate it HIT THE SPOT. It was so big I actually couldn't even finish it! The only con I can think of is that it's definitely a little bit smaller of a location compared to other cold stones I've been to. The flavor is great though!

Still coming here, but increasing my rating to 3 stars. Like many people, we come here after getting food next door at Lanna Thai. The employees here tend to be friendly and patient, and the ice cream creations are consistent. For extra special occasions I'll get one of their ice cream cakes. Definitely not cheap, but the quality and decoration puts it above Baskin-Robbins IMO. I especially like the cake to ice-cream ratio (two ice-cream layers, two cake layers).

I have ordered DoorDash and gone in persona few times over the last year and personally had nothing but good experience. I generally have a crest your own in the order and they have never skimped. Honestly they usually make extra and send or give at no extra charge. When going in the young guys behind the counter have been nothing but pleasant. Stay away from the location near the theater. Horrible customer service. Took forever to make so our items melted pretty bad by the time we checked out and they totally skimped on the normal serving. I learned my lesson and will o my go here now!

So sad this business has gone downhill so drastically. It is filthy inside and out. Four workers standing around while one person working the counter. After she made three of our orders, she disappeared in the back for several minutes to wash spoons. The other workers slowly did routine chores. We stood there waiting for the one girl in back doing dishes. None of the others assisted even when we asked to have our order finished. Will never walk Into that filthy place again!

First time going here. The ice cream was great and comes in unique combinations. I really appreciated the fact that they are careful with people who have nut allergies. They were nice when I asked about it and walked me through their process. My youngest had ice cream and I had a strawberry banana smoothie which was soooo good.
Came for ice cream on lunch break because I wasn't really hungry. Got a love it cheesecake fantasy on a plain cone. Cone was stale

Just trying to be a normal family, taking our toddler out for a bite of ice cream. Not a single other person in the place. We declined to wear masks so staff refused to serve us and told us to leave. Never going back.
