Tried the crazy fries with no pork. I usually get the 3 empanadas and I have to say I'm not going back to empanadas (while delicious) the crazy fries are spectacular! The meat(s) are well seasoned, the fries compliments the dish, the avocado, cheese, and special sauce top it off just right! The portion size to the price is just right. I couldn't finish it all and could have shared with someone and both be full. This is for sure a go to! The entire service is great (believe it's locally family run) they recalled my friend getting a certain order last time and said it before she could even order it which was such a sweet touch. Can't wait to have them again!

#5 Crazy Arepas $16 I thought was a lot, but then compare it to a large burger. Seems to be equal esp since this is 1 oz short of a LB. 98% meat, 1.75% maize, .25 fresh avo. Bacon was cubed and deep fried. Chicken and beef was stewed and shredded. The flavor in the meats is germane for the cuisine. No need for the 3 sauces. I did try the 3 but decided to leave it naked. Saw the loaded fries coming off the truck - gut busters for sure. Office peer got the chicken empanada. It was of decent size - 3 normal bites or two large chew like a hamster bites. It's the same chicken that was in my arepas. She said it was a 7/10 with it being on the doughy side. I think $5.50 for an unknown amount of protein could be holding people back, but what do I know. But that's why I don't buy tamales, unless I know. I would certainly eat here again.

I've been going to the Wednesday night foodie truck event in Brentwood with my daughters and I've ordered from Crazy Empanada twice. The guy who takes the order is nice, jokes around a lot while ordering. The first time, I ordered the 3 for $15. I got the chicken, beef and Hawaiian empanadas. They are large and I agree with the others that have said the dough is a little on the thicker side. I wasn't able to finish all three because they were large and filling. I didn't care of the Hawaiian one, chicken and beef ones were alright, I wish that they gave more green sauce because the filling is lacking seasoning, IMO. Tonight we went and I ordered one chicken and rice empanada and that I enjoyed. I don't know if the rice helped give it flavor, but it was balanced well and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I used the green sauce to dip it in and that was good as well. It was $6 for the one empanada and it was just enough to fill me up.

These Empanadas were just alright, nothing quite to write home about. The beef Empanada didn't have a ton of flavor or spice, pretty thick crust and lots of oil. Same with the Chicken Empanada as well. The Hawaiian empanada was the unique one of the bunch, lots of cheese, big pineapple and ham chunks making it a unique treat but I couldn't eat more than one.Reasonable prices, fries were thin and tasty, and it was a pretty quick turn around.Probably wouldn't seek this out again just your stereotypical empanada

Love these empanadas! You can get dairy free, gluten free empanadas fresh and hot. My husband loved the sauces as well. Employees are kind and due to their Instagram I can always keep track of where they're at. I like to visit them at the San Ramon farmers market on Saturdays or Livermore farmers market on Sundays. I can't wait til the weekend to get my empanadas! I will add pics to this review once I get more soon.

Their vegan empanada is fantastic! It is filled with potatoes, peas, and carrots. It tasted really fresh, and went well with the sauces.

i was pretty disappointed wanting to try this place for a bit.empanadas were dry and flavorlesspatocon pollo sooo dry and bland as well and barely any toppings. for me a waste of $40 4 empanadas and the patacon. i also emailed them and no response. i guess they dont care about their business nor customers.

I have seen the truck drive around throughout the area, and I was happy to finally catch them at the San Ramon Farmers Market. Everyone at the market had their fries, and they looked amazing. It is definitely an eye catcher. I was feeling ambitious that day, and I ordered the Crazy Fries. I believe that this is meant to feed 4 people, however I got it to myself. It is loaded with shredded chicken and beef with fried pork belly on top. They top it off with avocado and their homemade sauce. 10/10 dish. It can stretch you 3 meals if you really want to. I hope I can catch them again so I can order something smaller next time.

I have never had a Arepa before. The Crazy Aprea was just about one of the most delicious foods that I have ever tasted!!! This food truck was parked in my lot at work and I thank them for coming out to serve us! Please return soon!

"Crazy Empanada, Crazy Good!"I don't often see this food item, so was delighted to patronize this food truck at Three Sheets Beer in dublin. Empanada is a food found in colombia, not mexico. That's why you don't see a lot of them around here.I thought the price was most reasonable. It's larger than I thought, and very filling. The empanadas are quite a bit different than tacos. Much tastier as well. I ordered two chicken empanadas. It's like a big turnover with shredded chicken inside. Yes, it really is that good.I had a chance to talk with the young man who is the owner. The business has been in operation for about 4 years. It started right before covid! Fortunately, they were allowed to operate during covid. That's how they survived. So overall, a wonderful experience. Nice people, nice food.

Paid $11 for 2 empanadas, and they filled it with a lot of potatoes. Potatoes being only a filling when you pay for the shredded meat or chicken. Very disappointed, also to consider how small they were.

Tried the empanadas for the 1st time at the Livermore Farmers Market on 2nd St. The Hawaiian with the crushed pineapple sauce on the size was just amazing. The skin was fluffy, light, and crispy. Nice about of cheese and thinly sliced ham.Loved it!Wish I ordered more than 1...Not pics this time as it started to rain and already close to closing so I ate it really fast. Next time...

I got an order of the salchipapas and they were far beyond my expectations. There was an equal part of sauce and meat for every fry I stabbed my fork into. One order was more than enough for two people. I highly recommend this s***.

This truck parked in front of shadow puppet brewery. My boyfriend ordered the cheese, beef, chicken, Hawaiian empanada, and the salchipapas with "sausage", cheese, quail egg, and pink homemade sauce. Out of all of them the one that had the most flavor was the beef... or their salsa. For some reason the chicken was mostly full of potato's so you could barely taste the flavors of the chicken. (I.E. not even sure how the chicken was seasoned or what was used to season it because the potato's were bland and overwhelming. My expectations from the Hawaiian empanadas were that the filling would have been evenly distributed however, all I tasted was cheese and one piece of pineapple. Later on, I found the ham but after numerous bites. There was 2 empanadas that we had were SUPER hard. Like an old person can loose their teeth off of... I've had plenty of empanadas before and they were never like this.. The one saving grace of this place was their salsa. It has a great balance of flavor, acidity, and heat. The salchipapas said it has sausage but it tasted like hot dog. The most items that was on here was the fries and cheese.
