I never knew tea could be so refreshing until I tried this place, never lets me down. Really pretty interiors, board games to keep kids occupied, and just happy modern cafe vibes. Right next to the parking on railroad ave, just beside 1st Street. Would recommend 10/10, should visit atleast once in your life.

They don't even have spoons, and they have paper straws. So when the straw gets too soggy and you need a spoon to scoop out the boba at the bottom, no spoons. But hey the drinks are good if they're in stock.

The drinks are good and so are other boba places. Definitely need to work on their customer service skill. Lack of acknowledgment while customers are present at the counter, that is not a good look.

This place is awesome. My boba has been delightful everytime i ordered. High quality, yummy, and never gets your order wrong. The only reason I wont give it a five out of five was the service. We ordered at 3:45 and got our drinks at 4:20ish.

Came here today at 1pm.. there was one girl working ( on a Saturday?) And it was easily over 100 degrees inside ..no air??!! I asked for the paloma and was told its seasonal because of the grapefruit and they no longer offer it ..bummer..ok so I went for cucumber lemonade and my husband likes the ladybug..After Waiting 20 minutes to get our drinks right before she was going to seal them she tells me they were out of cucumber and did I want something else..pass! Management do better ! Asking your staff to work in those hot conditions is not right at all! I don't fault the worker she shouldn't have been there by herself and with limited options on a Saturday.
Drink tasted okay, not too sweet and generally a decent flavor. However, this particular boba place does not offer boba. After being here 3 times, each time I was told that they were out of boba. The inside of the store is also slightly warm, and there is limited seating. I recommend going to the nearby Teazentea instead.

What I like about this location is that it opens at 11:30am compared to the other locations in the tri-vally. There are several drink options, including classics and signatures, to create your own. phenomenal service that is quick and polite. There is also plenty of parking across the street and a great location in the downtown Livermore area. I definitely recommend trying this place if you like sweet drinks. I'm most likely to come back. 😋👌🏽

Decided to try the new boba shop in Livermore today and was pleasantly surprised! Employees were very nice and offered me a few samples of their drinks. The quality of the drinks were also top notch! Very delicious and satisfied my boba craving. 100% recommend to boba lovers and newcomers alike!
