This place really is disappointing!!..far from being authentic Mexican food..the service was ridiculous..the food was a joke..did you not think I know what enchiladas are?..you call what you served us authentic Mexican food..you threw some tomato sauce on my tortillas and hid the sauce with cheese and called them enchiladas!!..unbelievable but expected from poor management when the $ only matters...be advised do mor eat here!!

I had the carne asada super burrito and it is fantastic. Very relaxing vibe at El Chaparrito. The service is very quick. The carrot juice was super delicious as well. I fully recommend this taqueria for lunch if you are in Livermore. A+.

This review is for the chef. I had the beef fajitas plate today. This was the most delicious fajitas I’ve ever had and I’ve had many in my lifetime. The beef was top notch ,perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection . I will most definitely be coming back and savor other dishes on your menu.
Excellent service and excellent food I love them!!!!! Don't say that typical food from my Jalisco Barbecue tacos, meats in their juice, jericallas, pozole made from nystamal, smothered cakes with those golden potato or bean taquitos on the side I love this place. Everything else delicious also reminds me of my Guadalajara.
And more than anything, the cashier, the one with the tattoos, is beautiful??? beautiful
