The evening of my visit was quite busy for them, yet the team there maintained their friendliness and were as prompt as possible. Alfonso, one of the staff members, assisted me with my order. Despite my lack of the correct coupon, he made the extra effort to locate one that applied to my purchase. Although clearly swamped, he never let his smile falter and dedicated time to support me.

Yesterday I went and ordered a family meal on line I ordered a extra mash potatoes and when I came I to pick up my order the 2 guys working were rude I was checking my order and one of them said don’t worry everything is there so I instantly notice that there was no sauces so I asked one of the guys if I could get some sauce and he gave me a look by the way he was handling raw chicken and dint even wash his hands when he gave me the sauce but my surprise was when I got home there was no gray at all and there was only one mash potatoes

Very poor customer service. Staff just doesn't care about customers. Chicken is over cooked and dry. I asked that sour cream and salsa be "on the side" of my wifes tostada, got home guess what, they got it wrong. Yesterday I ordered another tostada and had to ask three times for the tostada Tuesday discount. I was careful where I walked while waiting in the lobby for my take out order, water and ice cubes spilled on the floor, nobody cleaned it up. Very disappointing experience. Looking at other customer reviews management doesn't care and has not addressed issues.

I hope Yelp come up with zero star some day I will not recommend this place their service is beyond terrible I ask for the special 8 piece of chicken because I am not their kind they're were going charge me for for the salsa Wooooow this is the first happen to me I have been here 3 time it has always been a disaster I waited for 20 mint They won't give me the sauce the chicken is dry they laugh on your face they look at you like you are stupid no dressing for the salads they don't listen to you it's like they are saying u paid now get the hell out of here the workers Are racist especially the cashier they were charging me $11. For the sauce and still didn't give what I asked for If your don't like us then close this business I am very disappointed

The Livermore store is a hot mess. We've only used the drive-thru, where we regularly experience: wildly wrong orders or correct order, wrong food; no sauces, even when asked; churros rolled in salt and cinnamon, instead of sugar; RAREly is there a receipt; and, now, creative business hours. Tonight, at 8:30, the signs were dark because they were trying to close a half an hour early. And, again, no sauces, no churros, no receipt, stone cold food. Don't get me wrong: when they do get it right, the food is great. We've had great food & service from other locations. This one just can't get it together.

My rating is mainly base on the total lack of customer service. I got there at noon and there was no one in line. As I walked up to the counter the workers did not look very busy. I stood at the counter for over one minute without ever being acknowledged by any of the employees. A young women who was obviously in charge was barking orders at the other employees. Finally after two more minutes she finally took my order. The chicken seemed a bit over cooked, but over all the meal was fine. I went up to ask for a lid to take the rest of my meal home. Again I stood at the counter and was not acknowledged by any of the employees. I attempted several times to ask for a lid,but was totally ignored. I was able to ask the women for a lid,but it took several minutes before she retrieved the lid. I can't believe the total lack of customer service exhibited by all the employees that were working on a Friday during lunch time. It was not busy at all, so there was no excuse for them to be so indifferent to a customer.
