The French onion soup is a joke. It doesn't taste or look like French onion soup whatsoever. Horrible!!!

Worst experience and worst smoothie I ever had. This happened a while back and the cashier that took my order probably doesn't work there anymore, but I still get so mad every time I think about it. I was greeted by the cashier with "anything else I can get for you?" I figured he was overwhelmed, so I paid close attention to the screen when he took my orders. I ordered two smoothies and noticed that he got one of them wrong. When I corrected him, he crossed it out and wrote the correct item on the printed order ticket and said it's okay since it's the same price. I waited for twenty minutes before someone, I believe the manager, came out from the kitchen to make the smoothie. The manager saw the ticket and asked him why it was crossed out. The cashier passive aggressively looked over at me and responded, "SHE changed her mind last minute," then proceeded to say to me, "it's okay, I forgive you for your mistake." I told him that he was the one who took the wrong order and crossed it out. He kept repeating that he forgives me for my mistake every time I tried to speak, and the manager just stood there staring at our interaction. I was beyond pissed but had no proof that the cashier took the wrong order as my friend wasn't with me to witness. I didn't even think the situation was that big of a deal until he started blaming me and talking to me passive aggressively. That's just beyond rude and so I must leave this review. And it was only moderately busy, so I didn't understand why it took 20 minutes for them to start making a smoothie. The smoothies came out super sweet that my friend and I barely drank any and ended up tossing it. It felt like I paid and wasted money to only get verbally attacked at. I am never ever returning to this place. Everything about this place sucks.

my family and I really enjoy the food here it’s quite amazing the smoothies are super delicious and fresh, my son really loved their salads it’s an amazing place to enjoy fresh food, the workers are really nice.

They over charged me the wrong amount. Luckily I asked for the receipt and asked them about it. They were so sly trying to brush it off. They said all the items on the menu were the same price. Then when i argued, they said all the figures are with tax. I got tired of their lies and attitude. They didn’t even apologize. They were big sorry. I asked for a refund and they took forever for it. I will not come back here. I suggest everybody check their receipts in depth to be sure.

Do not eat here. $40 for 2 smoothies and a sandwich. The sandwich has literally no flavor. There was a sign that said add avocado, so I asked to add avocado and he said "we can't do that it's premade" and I was like okay and he walks away and says "aye yey yey"

I watch the lady making my drink put her fingers inside my cup wearing no gloves I simply asked if they could give me a new cup with out her finger inside it and the refused and said this is how we do it here they were very rude and disrespectful. I recommend practicing some hygiene specially when dealing with food, what could be a simple fix turned into me getting a refund very disappointing.

Just terrible!!! I wouldn't go back to that place if it was the only restaurant open. They charged my wife and I about $37 for two drinks and two (pre made) wraps that had no taste and made me wonder how old it was. They have been sitting in a refrigerator case for who knows how long. They didn't seem to make the wraps there. ALL of their wraps are pre-made. Like another reviewer said, no different than a gas station sandwich. After just reading some of the other reviews it's obvious that the owner doesn't care about quality to make some changes. Save your money and pick another place in the food court.
