I ordered the Brussels sprouts which come with Parmesan, bacon bits and balsamic vinaigrette and they were not great. Never saw the Parmesan or even a crust, the bacon was non existant and the Brussels were SOAKED in balsamic vinaigrette to the point it was overpowering. Other restaurants use it as a drizzle but the quantity on these was a lot. I returned a espresso martini because the coffee used was so acidic! Never I have tasted such a terrible espresso martini. I ordered several Paloma’s and they were all done differently. One was perfectly made, the other one was more juicy and the third one didn’t taste neither strong or like grapefruit I gave it to one of my friends. I wouldn’t come here again. However, my friends enjoyed their beers not so much the hamburguers they ordered as they were dry, almost empty in terms of the condiments inside of it etc…

Here from Arizona, vacationing. Stopped in for a late lunch, as it came HIGHLY recommended by a local vendor whilst we were out shopping. EXTREMELY disappointed by the food. My husband ordered the BLT, which was pretty skimpy on the bacon for $16. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and couldn't eat more than half because the chicken was burnt and had way too much hot honey because you just couldn't taste anything else. My 3-year-old's mac and cheese was so hot he had to wait nearly 5 minutes just to take a bite, while our plates were somewhere between hot and warm, but closer to just warm. Our server was good, but not great. She asked twice how everything was, but she absolutely did not wait for an answer either time.

I got the Cali Burrito. Look at the picture. That is a french fry wrap. And to kick me while I was down - it came with a side of fries. Any lawyer in California would agree that legally can’t be called a burrito. That was a french fry wrap. That fact this was served to me was insulting.
If you were curious, yes, I ate the whole thing. To be fair, I was in a rush. The food took 45 minutes to show up. You can’t be proud of serving this. I know that for a fact.

Kid-friendliness: Too kid friendly for me when parents will not control them. One group of 3 or 4 young ladies made at least 5 or 6 trips to the restroom as a group during our meal. Another family with 3 children allowed them to run amok in our dining area and I mean running. Others using the facilities had to dodge them.

It took awhile for our order to be taken. Too loud of an atmosphere but it's a drinking ? establishment, so it's fine. Had to ask for a refill. One person taking the orders for place is not enough.
What a great spot! Kaylee was AMAZING! Like the best service, while the restaurant was busy. Friendly, but most of all, was the service Kaylee provided with our large party and demanding kids. BTW, the wings are SO good! Everything was great. Mind you this was my first time here. If you haven't visited Hop DeVine, you need to.

Besides the wait for the food being over 40 minutes this place was absolutely great! Husband and I both had the SF burgers, with beer battered fries. I had truffle fries and they were delicious! My son had the Mac n cheese. Everything was super delicious and affordable. But the wait for the food was long. For it not being busy it sure was a long wait. But we'll be back.
Steak salad was luke warm meat and greens. The meat was gray from heat lamp or reheating in a micro...Probably not at safe serv temp but I was with friends and didn't want to complain, they invited me . My friend's salad never was sent in after ordering so he ate after his wife and I. Wrong beer received as well.?

Very disappointed in Hops! I tried to pay with cash. Have you ever heard of a brewery without change? This one had no change for my bill. The waitress wanted me to use a cc. Which I did and I was charged an additional 3% for using my card! It was not stated anywhere that I would be charged an additional fee! I tried to talk to the manager but no one would help me! After I threatened to post this I was allowed to speak to the “manager”. She informed me that there regulars know about this policy and never complained. I doubt it as there was no information posted anywhere. This shell game is ridiculous. I will NOT be back!! Now I know why their chop house failed to stay open. Figure out your business model and quit with this game!

Great food, it was a busy night, so the service was good, we had a large group after a family graduation, and at this restaurant it is difficult to hear one another,however the food flavors make up for atmosphere or choose to go in a smaller group. This restaurant needs a few more plant based options. I ordered their strawberry salad, and it was perfect. I totally recommend trying Brussel sprouts .
