2 different times I tried to order curbside pickup. I parked in the curbside labeled parking space and I pressed the button they send you to on the website to say that you have arrived. No one ever came, both times the food was just sitting on a table. They should remove the curbside option because it isn't true. Not only that but I just tried it for the 2nd time right now, and my food was cold. I only picked up the food 12 min after order, and only 5 min after it said it would be ready. One of the bacon is also got a black spot and really brown hue to it, so I did not eat it for obvious reasons.
Recently I also went with 3 of my friends here in the evening, all of us like around 19-20 and girls. There was no one else, and we had this one boy as a server, and he was really, really creepy. We were so uncomfortable the entire time because he kept on just outright staring at us like a statue, and he did not refill drinks unless we asked. He stared at us for around 2 hours. You would think that he would be wiping down tables, cleaning or organizing something but instead he just stared at us ! When we were trying to order, he did not understand the menu and kept confusing us, but it is not like it was a language barrier he just must not have known. He was also extremely awkward and when he would speak we could not hear what he was saying half of the time. Lowkey not worth it, do not recommend.

Last night 07/29/25 I came to the Livermore IHOP and had a great experience I ordered the classic eggs Benedict and was very pleased with my food …..Came hungry left satisfied and not to mention the staff were very nice and respectful and I will go to this IHOP again as a visitor I’m the kind of person that reads reviews before dining in and despite some negative reviews I came to this restaurant and was very happy !! I used to not like this place but it is absolutely stellar now. Great service and food, very clean and well organized. The prices are very reasonable. If you haven't been in a while, give them another try.
