Fries are really dry it feels like made in afternoon they are serving it now both burger chicken patty was really dry like too old cooked worst place I recommend no one to order from here totally wastage of money

Just bought a Sourdough meal with regular fries and large Sprite. But what got my attention was the LARGE fries that came with it. I've had large fries at other fast food restaurants like Mc Donald's and they were disappointing compared to Jack in the Box.

they need to seriously get on the same page.
i come one day and they give me my sandwich. by itself. no combo. no issue. next day i come and they say "it only comes in a combo".."we cant even do it by itself on the screen".. so how did i just see it on the screen by itself yesterday when i ordered just that? they refused to give it to me by itself and this isnt the first time me something like this has happend. its always something with jack in the box. i swear theyre worse than taco bell. and thats saying a LOT. jack in the box used to be my favorite fast food chains but man have they gone down hill.. especially this one :\
