they need to seriously get on the same page.
i come one day and they give me my sandwich. by itself. no combo. no issue. next day i come and they say "it only comes in a combo".."we cant even do it by itself on the screen".. so how did i just see it on the screen by itself yesterday when i ordered just that? they refused to give it to me by itself and this isnt the first time me something like this has happend. its always something with jack in the box. i swear theyre worse than taco bell. and thats saying a LOT. jack in the box used to be my favorite fast food chains but man have they gone down hill.. especially this one :\

They forgot to put my chocolate cake in the boxI was at the drive-thru and couldn’t get back in line because it was late.I tried calling the real but nobody ever answers! It’s ridiculousHow they can forget 1 out of 4 items!
The food and the service was good, something that might help for a full 5 stars is the outside, the outside was kind of dirty but everything else was fine.

The Ultimate cheeseburger in my munchy meal was really really poorly made. Everything else was fine I guess but the highlight of the meal was an ultimate let down. Only good thing about this place is that it's open 24hrs. But don't expect anything nice in between a bun.
