I ordered my son a Double Bonus Jack meal and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been served. Only 1 patty on it and completely smashed. I walked in and waited for my order as they made it so I knew they weren’t busy at the time. With In & Out being directly across the street and The Habit a block down I’ll go wait longer for a cheaper burger that’s always fresh and not this ridiculous mess.
PS - I waited to post here after I contacted Customer Support and still have not received any type of response.
It's average fast food. Tastes fine, no frills. Staff very friendly at this lication.

This location was okay. I guess they do not take orders at the register when they are short-handed. Order at the kiosk located on the counter. Which should be separate from the counter, just saying. Service was OK. Eatery could use updating. Parking is OK. The location is right off the freeway exit, which is convenient.
