I tried the new Smashed Jack, not impressed. It isn't a real smash burger. it is pre-formed to look like it was smashed. Much like a 1/4 pounder. I do like most of Jack's food, just not the new burger.

The food is stale, old, and tastes rotten. We will never go here again. We will tell everyone we know to never go here and to warn everyone they know that this place is disgusting! Fries are always old oil, stale, cold, and have been sitting out so long the seem like they are days old reheated! The burger meat tasted like it had been reheated several times. The buns were stale, the texture was stale and the taste was stale. The actually sauce was awful! The Pumpkin pie croissant things were disgusting, they tasted over microwaved and stale. How can everything be stale and so disgusting? This place needs to be shut down and everyone needs to be 100% retrained! Horrible representation of the corporation and I'm sure corporate would be angry about this place ruining the Jack in the box name!Parking: Empty parking lot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Jack in the Box around noon and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean and not too crowded, which created a relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly.I decided to try their Spice Chicken Sandwich with jalapeños, and it did not disappoint. The blend of spices and the kick from the jalapeños added a unique and delicious twist to the classic chicken sandwich. It was evident that the ingredients were fresh and prepared with care.What truly impressed me was the speed of service. Despite the lunch hour rush, my order was ready in no time. This efficient service ensured that I could enjoy my meal without any unnecessary wait.Overall, I left Jack in the Box with a full stomach and a smile on my face. The combination of great food, a clean environment, and excellent service made for a fantastic dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of that spicy goodness!

I don't usually stop for fast food, but was starving. Ordered chicken strips and fries. Chicken wasn't bad, but the fries, disgustingly very old! Not sure how long they sat out, but I could not eat them and wasted almost $4!!! Place looked very dirty inside with lots of workers, not really working. Poorly run!
