Very clean store but it’s 100% the staff that made our day! His name was Ali & hers is Mariah! Both so kind I google reviewed and yelped! They were worth it and made myself & my best friends Sunday afternoon just wonderful. When I found out they didn’t have any Matcha, Ali suggested the Aloha pineapple . I loved it! He made two little modifications and made it worth the calories! He was able to help me with my husbands app so I could get the rewards. I never order a large but he was so helpful I risked the calories , well it was the best Jamba ever! I’ve been enjoying Jamba since it’s days of Wheatgrass back in the late 90’s but never had a drink so good it was gone in 15 minutes! Thank you for the kindness & filling the place with a kind and God filled atmosphere! If I could hug u both this little lady would! See you soon. Kelle

EXTREMELY rude and dismissive African American girl working today. She ignored, rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed I mean you could feel her bad vibe from a mile away! Wow I am shocked. Completely unacceptable. The man working along side her was very kind, but that girl needs to go!!! Do better Jamba!! No one wants to work around such a bad vibe and no customers want to deal with that either!!! Yuck

My husband and I visited Jamba Juice today and had a fantastic experience! The service was exceptional. Ali and Jakai were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband had a special order for his drink, and they absolutely nailed it. We really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. We left very happy and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Ali and Jakai!

Saturday April 12, at 5pm. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came here for juice or smoothies and hadn’t come to Jamba in a long time. We came in, no one greeted us- we greeted them, it was a bit awkward. I generally like to find low carb and low calorie options for smoothies. The worker didn’t give me any recommendations or suggestions on substitutions. We ordered a small mega mango & a small Greens and ginger. 2 workers had a few orders ahead, but not sure why 3-4 of us customers were waiting 30 MINUTES to get our smoothies. The workers never communicated or delegated anything to each other, we all just sat there for a long time waiting for orders. YIKES!! if you had to be somewhere on time, do not go to this Jamba on Portola. You’ll be waiting for a long time and be sure to check your order correctly too. Wow. Also $20 for 2 small.

First thought when I entered....when did they change the name to Jamba lol!
I went with my two toddlers and the team was great and very kind to them, oddly only seating was outside but they allowed me to bring a couple chairs inside for the kiddos.
Will be back for more!

Showed up to order at 8:37pm and they denied my order because they stop taking acai bowls at 8:30 even though they close at 9pm. My little sister works at Jamba Juice and she has to take guest orders up until 9 on the dot since they get cleaning time after 9pm to close the store. I’m very disappointed with this location especially when the Acai base is pre made.
