seems pretty ok to me. not super high hopes, it's a food court after all. Going in with these expectations actually felt like I got a pretty good value. I asked the cashier what's good, what do you recommend, and he recommended the number four. I took his advice and got the chicken and shrimp. so for $12.50 out the door I feel that I got a pretty good meal. The sauce seems a little watery I would've preferred a little thicker, the shrimp had a pretty good crunch to it. The chicken seemed a little soft and spongy but again I'm willing to sacrifice quality when I go to a food court because I need sustenance

? This food court in Located in the center of outlet mall. Ordered teriyaki chicken, the sauce tasted surprisingly sweet. The portion of food was not as expected. Will not recommend.

Teriyaki chicken is nice but not the gyoza.

This place was so bad. There was tiny nuggets of chicken, most of which were fat and tendon. I also had the pleasure of getting stabbed in the tongue by a chicken bone. Most of the steamed veggies were cold right after I ordered them and the rice was hard. The lady at the counter got irritated when I asked for fried rice bc she didn't have any.

12.11 lunch. I ordered a Gyoza Udon. It had half an egg, some corn and four Gyozas. Other two people had beef rice. Mine was $9.78. The food court was very large. There were other choices such as burgers and Chinese food.

It was like udon, but not a real one.

It was like udon, but not a real one. It might be a little difficult to reproduce Japanese-style udon. It might be better if the noodles were soft and chewy. I guess it isn't easy to get good udon noodles in US because it isn't popular here compared to ramen. The soup was better, but very simple taste. It'll become nicer if it has a deeper flavor. We usually don't use an boiled egg and corn as udon's toppings. It might be ok if they have good harmony with udon. I'm not sure whether you can feel that.

This is my favorite place to eat in the food court!!! The employees here are also super nice and friendly too!!! That's a plus!!! Great food great employees!!!! My go to is a #4 with double meat. That's a chicken and shrimp plate with extra chicken. Sometimes when I want soup I'll get a chicken a shrimp udon. Both is a must get from here!!! Out of all of the places in the food court this one in my opinion is the best. I can literally eat here everyday. It may get crowded on the weekend but, the whole mall is usually very busy on the weekends. If you ever come to San Francisco Premium Outlet remember to try this place!!! Great, food court food!!!

Food is okay. I ordered beef teriyaki and a side of shrimp tempura. The beef and tempura was delicious! Rice was a bit dry unless there was teriyaki sauce. The sauce was mild spicy but was also partially delicious. To improve their food, I believe they should cook the rice a bit more.
