They never have original crispy white meat, chicken for dinner. They’re always out. Today I went and picked up the two piece meal and my sides were supposed to be both mash and gravy and I get home and of course there’s only one mash and gravy two pieces of chicken in a biscuit. Where is my other side? I have no idea.. It’s a shame that Livermore only has one KFC because if there was another one, I would be going to it.

I come every Tuesday for the fantastic tuesday specials. Every time I walk in the door I’m immediately greeted by smiling faces and a welcoming hello. When it’s my turn to order they always make sure to be helpful and courteous! The food comes out fresh and hot every single time. Not a single complaint can be found! The staff are the most friendly people every time I come here! They might forget an item once and a while but, I don’t blame them with how busy the drive thru gets. However, they are so nice about it when you go back and ask them. So I recommend just making sure you have all your items before leaving. The inside is extremely clean and has a fun retro look. The food is made perfectly every time, never had a bad experience. They are doing something right!
The customer service was totally awesome. Sorry I didn't get their names but these 2 lovely ladies had the best most friendly attitudes. Give them a raise will be back soon.
