Kodiak Keto

I love this cafe! Anytime I am in town I go there to eat and to stock up on my favorite gluten-free and sugar-free items. I am so thankful for this cafe, there aren't very many places that I can eat because of my food allergies but I can always find things that I love here.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of low carb, sugar free, and gluten free options.

This place is awesome! Unfortunately I am from out of town. So I only got to visit twice while I was visiting the area. I bought the cold coffee product and a shake and they were great. They also have a lot of keto stuff that they resale like LMNT, pork rinds, donuts, cookies and lots of other keto products. I didn't get the chance to try any of their hot food but it did smell good! My favorite thing was the milkshake and the double chocolate donut w/ sprinkles. If I ever come back to the area this will be on my list of stops!

First - staff is nice, friendly and happy to talk about their shop and keto diets.Second- great selection of items in the shop to choose from.Third - the food was delicious. I got the pepperjack beef bowl and it was full of flavor.I travel for work so finding keto options like this is difficult in some areas. Very glad this shop is geared towards those seeking to eat good keto options. I will definitely be back my next work trip!

Loved this place! I definitely will ask for less red onion in my dish but over all the food was good, the bakery goods even better! Will be back soon

What a treat to find healthy keto and sugar-free food I can actually eat! And it tastes good,too! Close to the freeway. Service was great! Worth a stop!

Kodiak Keto is the one and only true keto market cross the Bay area. You do not need to be worry about counting the carbs when you go there, because everything is keto and low carb!I love their shake and donuts. If you leave in the Bay area and are on keto, you MUST visit them.

My husband and I stopped here, coming back from a road trip. Loved it! There was one woman working and she was so sweet and helpful. Yummy food! I got a California bowl (half bowl comes in like a large soup cup) and my husband got a full size chipotle bowl (which is in a larger platter type dish). She even offered to warm up my chocolate brownie and that it made it so good! While we sat and ate and she was friendly, kind and helpful to everyone that came in.

There was a lot of parking and a public toilet for customers. Limited seats inside but not crowded when we got there. The place is clean. Nice staff. I had the carrot cake, fudge brownie, and the matcha latte with macadamia milk. The cheese cake tastes good but it's kind of dry -- well of course it's made of almond flour. The fudge brownie is good too but kind of on a little sweet side for me. I like the matcha latte it's perfectly made. Perfect go to place if you're on a keto diet. I like the ambiance. I will definitely go back.

I have been here once and my experience was very much so like others have mentioned. The staff were rude and dismissive. They gave me indignant looks then acted as if I wasn't there. I ended up walking out after not being addressed for 5+ minutes.

I came here about a month ago and was shocked!! Yes I look like the typical person who would steal with a black hoodie and I drive a luxury car.I was not greeted by a hi however was greeted with extreme stares. A face that didn't want me in this establishment. I proceeded to say hello and had to say it again louder to break the stare of whatever it was. Finally saying hello they chatted about girl things as I walked through the store.I was amazed all the products that were keto friendly in here and would of loved to come back but they made me feel weird. I came to the counter and ordered one of the bowls. Funny they didn't ring everything up I later found out. They also forgot to give me my cookies.I sat and enjoyed the food, a bit overpriced for what it is but it's super cool to have a keto friendly place to go to. However I won't be supporting anymore thanks to the 3 ladies present.

There is no accountability within this business. Employees lack customer service and are outright rude. If you want to be called out of your name by employees in a trashy establishment, this may be the place for you.

Employees are representatives of the companies who employ them. Egregiously & deliberately terrible customer service that is overlooked, ignored & not addressed by an organization is a reflection of the values of that business. Any staff member who thinks it is acceptable to refer to any customer using any terminology other than Ma’am, Sir or the customer’s name is a staff member who should bee terminated. Claiming to bee unaware the derogatory term would appear on the receipt is an invalid excuse as such verbiage should not bee utilized & entered into the software system to describe a customer or reason for a customer’s displeasure. Kodiak Keto is not holding their employee accountable; in fact the only addressing of the matter was to excuse the reprehensible beehavior, which sends a clear message that Kodiak has no regard for implementing a decent level of customer service to its customer base. When there is even just one bad employee, it sullies the reputation of the entire business. And it is bad business for the business to treat it as a minor, irrelevant incident. I do not recommend Kodiak Keto.
