I love this cafe! Anytime I am in town I go there to eat and to stock up on my favorite gluten-free and sugar-free items. I am so thankful for this cafe, there aren't very many places that I can eat because of my food allergies but I can always find things that I love here.

This place is awesome! Unfortunately I am from out of town. So I only got to visit twice while I was visiting the area. I bought the cold coffee product and a shake and they were great. They also have a lot of keto stuff that they resale like LMNT, pork rinds, donuts, cookies and lots of other keto products. I didn't get the chance to try any of their hot food but it did smell good! First - staff is nice, friendly and happy to talk about their shop and keto diets.Second- great selection of items in the shop to choose from.Third - the food was delicious. I got the pepperjack beef bowl and it was full of flavor.I travel for work so finding keto options like this is difficult in some areas. Very glad this shop is geared towards those seeking to eat good keto options. I will definitely be back my next work trip!
