Ordered a x-large 18" half combo and half white truffle $46.25 after tax. I think the price is fair for the size, but since NY style is so thin, it just barely fed 5 people (2 are females). May be better suited for 4. So maybe go up an extra size from the usual. The crust was thin and crispy, no char at all. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. It's more of a takeout spot, no tables or bathrooms inside. There are 4 tables outside you can eat at though. No beer or wine, but they have some non alcoholic beverages. Staff was nice. Pizza was ready after 25-30 mins. Overall, solid pizza spot

Today, I purchased a pizza from this store, but my experience was disappointing. Firstly, I found their menu confusing due to the multiple pricing options, which I suspect may be intentional to increase costs. I ordered a medium-sized regular pizza for $35+$5 tips, which is significantly pricier than other local pizza shops. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to my expectations, and the protein topping options were limited - I counted very few chicken pieces. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the high prices and average pizza quality.
Great spot for authentic ny pizza. Only issue is that it occasionally is inconsistent.

I love this pizza, it's definitely my favorite in Livermore, but I am SO annoyed at the fact that they only deliver through DoorDash or other third-party delivery services. They used to deliver through the restaurant and it was great, never had an issue. The reason I'm so annoyed about this is that a few years back (probably when DoorDash was a relatively new thing) I actually ordered through DoorDash, but I had to change my order after it went through so I called Big Apple directly, and the person I talked to WENT OFF (not aggressively) just saying, "please don't order through DoorDash, it really sucks for us. Order directly from the restaurant and we will deliver. DoorDash charges so many fees, we lose so much money through DoorDash... BLAH BLAH BLAH" and of course I was like "you're so right, they up-charge, support local businesses, etc...."Well, all to say, a couple weeks later I call to order a pizza and they say "Oh we no longer deliver, please order through DoorDash." I was so freaking annoyed. I am not happy with this change, because DoorDash does up charge. There are so many fees included and I just hate that we can't call a local pizza shop and order delivery anymore.TLDR; pizza is really good, but they don't deliver and it's really annoying to me.The pizza is also pretty pricey, I called the restaurant directly to order for pickup and paid $105 for 3 larges (one combo, one pepperoni, and one 2 topping). I think it's worth it for this pizza, though since it's so good.

Literally I am blown away by how bad this service was. The guy was so rude. he actually swore at me and basically spoke to me like I was an idiot. Do not come here. Theres a place round the corner so much cheaper and better value and nicer staff.

Went in to get a pizza to go, the menu is confusing we ordered a large bbq chicken pizza which had no price on the menu and they said it was $44 which seems extreme. When we questioned it they were rude and told us to have common sense. Think they wanted to take advantage of out of towners. Would not recommend. If you go to Bruno's round the corner you can get a nicer pizza and nice service for half the price.

I asked for light cheese on my pizza and these clowns were acting like it was a hassle for them to do that ? These degenerates didn’t say anything about it and I had to call when the pizza arrived for them to say they don’t do light cheese.

The best New York style pizza I've found in Livermore. Great as a snack or a whole pizza, highly recommend this jewel of a restaurant.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Their cannoli is also amazing. The staff was a great help when I was trying to figure out how many pizzas I needed for my party. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!

One of my favorite spots to have a slice at. My boyfriend and I go here all the time. Get a side of pizza sauce to eat with the crust.
