The last two times I have been at this location the French fries , which is what draws so many to McDonald’s, have been horrible. Once they were simple saturated that you could taste the oil over anything else. Today they were cold and flavorless. We want hot fresh salty fries McDonald’s!

Pretty nice attentive staff but I was the only person in the drive through and didn't give me condiments even though they offered me them. Asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce, and they forgot it. It's on the side of the freeway so you'd expect a bit more.
I just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions and pickles, and I got a hamburger with no cheese, no sauces, and just lettuce. The customer service at this location has been has been going downhill for a while now, and this is the last straw for me. It's really creepy when the people who are serving you food just stare at you blankly and don't say anything.

We waited 30 min in drive thru to get cold food.they wouldn't open door some kids came out of door after hours and I walked in.the manager refused to speak to me .she told us we had to wait in drive thru to speak to them.
Nice service and meal was made correctly. They i had put the correct sauces and napkins and straws doesn't happen automatic anymore . This place is training their employees well and you can tell. Very clean also.

1st Street Location in Livermore is awesome. The management here got it right. Super friendly and welcoming. Dine in experience was great, and great customer service was unexpected. The employees here go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
