The last two times I have been at this location the French fries , which is what draws so many to McDonald’s, have been horrible. Once they were simple saturated that you could taste the oil over anything else. Today they were cold and flavorless. We want hot fresh salty fries McDonald’s!

Pretty nice attentive staff but I was the only person in the drive through and didn't give me condiments even though they offered me them. Asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce, and they forgot it. It's on the side of the freeway so you'd expect a bit more.
I just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions and pickles, and I got a hamburger with no cheese, no sauces, and just lettuce. The customer service at this location has been has been going downhill for a while now, and this is the last straw for me. It's really creepy when the people who are serving you food just stare at you blankly and don't say anything.

We waited 30 min in drive thru to get cold food.they wouldn't open door some kids came out of door after hours and I walked in.the manager refused to speak to me .she told us we had to wait in drive thru to speak to them.

Nice service and meal was made correctly. They i had put the correct sauces and napkins and straws doesn't happen automatic anymore . This place is training their employees well and you can tell. Very clean also.

The reason I gave it a one star is because I got some chicken nuggets. And it was like it was just sitting out for an hour and then they just microwaved it and gave it to me.
Many people have suspicion about whether the foods made in this store clean! My several friends visited this store got sick a couple of times!

Today I ordered crispy chicken sandwich and 10 pieces chicken nuggets meal. The nuggets tasted old like it's been out for days, chewy and hard. And the nuggets are very thin, like slice in thirds. Never ordering nuggets again. McDonald's have changed dramatically.
