The biggest plus its right off the freeway. Ice tried ordering cook to order and still is not fresh. Old grease and tasteless. Customer service is a dice roll but more often than not poor.

Manager on duty was extremely rude and complaining the whole time about her job. Giving customers attitude. We waited 25+ minutes with no help at all towards our order. They need new management.
It seems like this is one of the few McDonald's locations in the area that doesn't have a bathroom that requires a code. Which is very helpful, because sometimes I just don't want to get up and ask the employee before taking a trip to the loo. Or, if I'm in a rush, I would rather not inconvenience anyone other than myself when trying to get a bathroom break.As for the food, I think it's pretty standard for McDonald's. Can't go wrong eating here if you're a fan of the chain.

I went at 6:30. It was slow inside, but the drive through was busy. The teen who helped me answered my questions but seemed surprised I had questions.While waiting about 10 minutes I saw other workers were not very engaged, and hardly acknowledged a drive-through customer who could not park in the spaces as directed because they were full.My food was ok, but I think I had to pay extra for pickles and lettuce and no cheese.More importantly, it seems it is impossible to get fresh hot fries any more. I love fresh hot fries and no matter which McDonald's I go to in the last 6 months the fries have been sitting and are anywhere from mildly hot to tepid when my order is handed to me. Here they were hot but had been sitting a while.
