I asked a question about the menu ,and the drive thru lady responded for me to get the app in the rudest way and had nothing to do with what I was asking . I get up to the windows and asked for the manager she comes and I asked who was at the drive thru window and she replied I can't give you that information again in the rudest way I will not be going back for breakfast at all . They need to train the morning managers some manners, I have never had 2 employees be so rude, and to top it off there, English was so broken it was a good thing I knew Spanish .

How sad it is with the manager here, an arrogant lady. I feel outraged by that lady who, because you do doordash, wants to treat you the way she wants. She forgets that she, like me, are only workers in a company with respect. Things are requested the way I did so that I can confirm the order that she had not delivered to me. She already wanted me to confirm something that I did not have in my hands, justifying that the company where I work requires her. I think she is doing something wrong in her job, but I hope she corrects her mistakes. As we all have them, thank you 🙂

The app stalled out, so we could not complete our order on it. We ended up only getting half of what we needed from the app, so we ended up in the drive thru line to complete our food order. The gal taking the order at the drive thru still didn't get our order correct.

Customer service needs to be improved. Need more energy to serve.
I went to this location yesterday. Not sure if the IQ has dropped nationally or if common sense is no longer a requirement, but placed my order and my friends egg McMuffin had a sliver of egg on it. My mcgriddle was fairly decent but half the ingredients were outside the bun and my frappe somehow turned into an iced coffee. Also my other friends egg McMuffin turned into a sausage McMuffin and the egg wasn't even put on the burger. I've worked many fast food jobs over the past 15yrs but the sheer incompetence of following directions and checking the order apparently is not part of the requirements to be employed anymore. I'd say do better but I could honestly care less how this is handled. The obvious downfall obviously falls to management. It is very sad to see that an increased minimum wage has not changed how procedures and podicals are handled. You failed this client for the last time.

The Christmas decorations were a great touch and quite impressive. The staff here are efficient and get your order served promptly. This is a regular stop for us when we travel between the Sierras and Monterey Bay.

Let's face it McDonald's is extremely inconsistent (can't be helped with many franchised locations) and has been for many years now and the quality has been going down hill while prices have gone up for just as long but when you really crave that nostalgia and those fries or the legendary Flurry this is probably the the only location that does not make me regret my once in a blue moon visit for McDonald's so massive kudos to Manager and who ever owns this location because the people are nice the store and restroom is always super clean and the food never makes me feel the regret that any other location always makes me feel!
