I need to put a review for this location

Bad service discrimination when you arrive the cashier stares at you how you are dressed if you order a takeaway pizza they do not provide you with any dishes napkins less condiments

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Livermore. It's got some of the best pizza in the Bay Area and has been consistent. Can't forget the ranch on the side for dipping too!

Driving back home, we hadn't been here in years. Stopped for dinner. Food was delicious and service was great- just as we remembered that they were.
Our server, Ryan, was great.
Travis, was great to us.
Thank you for the wonderful treats for our long drive home

I have ordered from this location a few times but today I sat inside and ate for the first time. The owner is the coolest guy ever, he took the time to chat with a table of ladies sitting close to me and they were asking him questions about the restaurant and his family and he was so chill and personable. The waiter who sat me was very attentive and kind and the other waiter who was there was just as awesome. The food was so freaking good, oh my gawd, I got a small Caesar salad and rigatonis with meat sauce. Service and people were a 10/10 and the food was a 10/10, highly recommend Melo’s they don’t disappoint in any way. ❤️

I was excited about eating here, especially after the reviews I read. Unfortunately, after ordering an appetizer and a pizza, it became clear that the menu description of the appetizer was over embellished. The pizza was OK and was not what I expected for the price. The pizza was almost like Degiorno except it wasn't delivered.

The server admitted he forgot about me the 2nd time he spoke to me. Didn't see him again until he brought the check.

The atmosphere was nice. Very family friendly.

Just left more to be desired with the food and service for the price.

DON'T pay them in advance for your catering order. Pay only when you take delivery.

I had placed a catering order of a small tray of Fusilli Contadina. I placed the order on a Friday evening to pick up for Sunday lunch. And paid IN FULL.

At the time of order pick up the cashier said that I have to pay the bill. I had the bill receipt with me; handed it to him and told him I had already paid. He didn't care to look into the receipt and went on to charge my credit card for a second time. (they had already STORED my credit card information!!!!)

Only when I insisted that I will take the order if he reverted did he even look into the receipt. Then went to talk with his manager (Amber?). After a while he returned and said that she agreed to the mistake. And that I was not at fault!!! :) "It was a communication gap!!!" I agree. On two counts. 1) internal communication 2) listening to the customer

I didn't get a second paid receipt; nor a cancellation receipt.

Now, after a week, that charge is still pending with my credit card company.

While the food itself was good, the experience has left a bitter taste.
