I was so hungry when I arrived that I forgot to take a photo of the pizza, pasta dishes, and boneless chicken wings that my family and I ordered, but I assure you that they were all delicious! The garlic cheese bread was a perfect starter, and the boneless chicken was crispy but still moist. We ordered the melo's combo for pizza, and I appreciated the meats and flavor overall! I also just want to share how much I appreciate the staff's kindness. They were very accommodating to my parents' dietary requests for their heath (e.g. less salt) and had great energy despite nearing end of closing by the time we finished eating. 5/5 recommend and would come back again!

I just love the food and the ambiance of this restaurant, fun and family friendly. Every time I eat here, I choose a different dish and I have never been disappointed. The pizza is amazing, and pasta is better than any other restaurant I have ever eaten in this area. The pizza's are quite large, so you can probably choose the size smaller than other places. Real and fresh ingredients. I would honestly say that it compares to the Italian food that we ate in Rome Italy. The garlic bread is also better here than at other places. The last time we went to Melos in Livermore, the server was Julian, and he was very polite as well as fun. Upon leaving we ran into Isabella, who also was wonderful. There are other Melos locations, which I have never been too, so I cannot speak of those locations. In conclusion, Melos is a must restaurant when looking for Pizza or pasta. It is worth the extra drive if not in your immediate area. John Michaelides

This was right off the 580, very freshly made Pizza, they have a make your own or choose your style pizza. They have a lot of appetizer, salads, and others. The service was very fast, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was empty as we arrived (2pm on a Wednesday) but a few tables started to fill by the time we left. They had great lunch specials and there were TVs playing sports to watch if you were not engaged in a good conversation with your friends or family. The restaurant had plenty of seating and room for bigger parties. They did have some local beers on the menu as well as wines. The pizza was super tasty as was the salads.. great stop if you are in yhe area.

Amazing food and service! These guys know their stuff! Food has not changed with the economy as they are still using same ingredients! Not one of their dishes taste different as some restaurants are cutting corners! Love Melos and the Livermore one is spot on the BEST! Love the new decor.

We had dinner here last night with family members. The restaurant is very cute and clean and service was on point. Our food was delicious, the honey pizza was amazing. A+

Very solid for pizza (puffy kind, not NY), or pasta dishes. I used to get the salmon with risotto reliably, and it was almost excellent, maybe overcooked once. The cannoli is a great reward at the end. But that's not why I'm writing this. At some point, without my notice, they added mussels in a garlic butter sauce to the menu. I've driven all the way to Berkeley just to get mussels like this, and that place discontinued them. Melo's had a truly heapin' helpin' of mussels in superheated broth, and I happily scorched my mouth downing it. The bread got pretty soggy fast, so I'll probably take it out immediately next time. And there WILL be a next time.

Music was great, but a bit off for an Italian restaurant. Still loved it!

This was my first visit to Melo's Pizza. For starters the service was excellent which is why I am giving them five stars. The restaurant had a medatranian them going on which was cool. The food was good but I felt it was a bit bland for my taste. Otherwise everything was fine.

Julian was our server and he was great. Very friendly, attentive, and took care of my special friends. They loved their experience and left with the biggest smiles on their face. Thank you Julian for the great service!

The Yukon Roasted Potato and Bacon is delicious! If I'm super hungry I order the small for lunch but typically a personal sized pizza should be more than enough for the average person. But I'm not an average person. If you like pizza and would like to try something a little different from the red sauce pizzas, give this a try.

We always have a great experience at Melo's. We almost always get our food to go. The place can get really busy. Our go to dishes are the Fusilli Contadina with grilled chicken, the garlic cheese bread and any of the fresh hand-tossed pizzas.
