Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Super cheap owners don’t allow you taste any flavors before buying. I understand some people take advantage of it but that shouldn’t be a reason to not allow regular customers to try 1 or 2 flavors. Menchies in Tracy definitely does

This place is amazing! The staff and owner are super nice and helpful. We ordered a customized blue clued birthday cake. It was super cute! They went above and beyond to make sure they get the right design that we want and we are satisfied with the cake. The cake was also super delicious. We got vanilla cake with vanilla and strawberries flavors. It was so good. I highly recommend their froyo cake!

Hours are not correct. Sunday’s they close at 8:30 not 9:00

Very Dirty! Floor sticky to walk on, Counters hadn't been cleaned, Additional toppings were old and fruit didn't taste fresh at all, Front door had dirty hand prints all down the front of it. Had multiple Yogurt flavors and tasted fine.

Nice frozen yogurt overall. But this location's associate wasn't helpful in using mobile app's prepaid credit to buy new items. (I was able to redeem it later at a different one). Great assortment of fruits for different yogurts.

Great flavor options (gotta love pineapple and vanilla this time of year!) and plenty of topping options. Friendly staff. Covid precautions in place. Very much love when they have a carbolite/no sugar added flavor (which seems hit or miss lately of the times I've been in). They have a rewards program which is nice. My kids love coming here!

Live this place! Can't wait for COVID to be over with, but overall, great quality Froyo and the store is always clean and staff are very friendly. Only downside is there can be 10+ children in there at any given time.... YELLING AND SCREAMING without their parents controlling them. Lol but I still enjoy coming in!!

I understand with covid-19 the employees have to fill your yogurt for you, but that doesn't give them the right to take advantage of customers. Their "amounts" you ask for are unclear and inconsistent. My wife ordered half a cup and I ordered a cup and we both got the same amount of froyo. Then they pile on way to many toppings to jack up the price you pay. There was an inch deep layer of peanuts on top of my froyo, which both ruined the flavor of my froyo and forced me to literally pay over $8.00 a pound for peanuts!
