Got take out; fresh. Tender chicken. Chow mein and mu shi had perfect flavor. Crab Rangoon and egg rolls were as good as anything you’d expect from American Chinese. Prices are reasonable but not amazing. Food was my favorite of anywhere in Livermore, however. If you’ve been looking for Chinese but just a step up from what else is around, try here.

I've eaten at this restaurant at least 200 times, it's that good, and they always greeted me by name. Now 8 years later it's October 2024 and it's every bit as good as then. On top of that, it's a bargain. Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. Mongolian Beef is also very tasty. By coincidence, I visited at the same time as another truck driver, there's unlimited parking in the neighborhood, there's no problem at all if your truck is 60 feet long. He had the delicious large bowl of Wonton soup, another favorite. We could have eaten anywhere but of course we both chose Ming's Garden knowing it's a hidden gem. This is a place for those who appreciate healthy food expertly prepared. Wishing them all the success in the world.
Parking: Very large shared parking lot, plus unlimited on-street parking with a short, pleasant landscaped walkway. Safe, clean, quiet neighborhood of light industry buildings.

This restaurant took really good care of me last night. My normal chinese place closed early last night, so I called around, and this place said they would take my order, which was just 8 minutes before closing. They took my order and actually stayed open 5 minutes late for me, which was really nice. I got home and served up the food. I just want to say that the food was amazing. We got Shrimp Fried Rice and Broccoli Beef. We really enjoyed it! The whole experience was A+, and I just want them to get the credit for taking such good care of us. Thank you Mings Garden ?

Mom and pop place with GREAT food. The aunties are always so friendly and prompt with service. Lunch is always busy which is a gd sign that food is good. Lunch deal is almost a must! Try the fish in black bean sauce or the sesame chicken. My fave is thr shrimp fried rice with huge shrimp!

Ming's Garden provided a fantastic dining experience for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
