While the pizza was good, the service was at the other end of the spectrum. I’d ordered a pizza for the family online tonight and was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, they could not initially find the order. Then I was told it was in the oven and would be 4-5 minutes. 20 minutes later, after standing around without even being offered anything for the delay (like a beer?) it came out with hardly an apology. Not on my list of places to go back to!

I have been a loyal customer for years but this last time.This all started 8:13pm I called my order in for pickup i got thier at 8:25pm paid for said order them waited until 8:55pm had finally walked up to counter it was a ghost town nobody in sight but the guy making pizza's the owners or managers had walked buy with food for their dinner I guess and took to banquet area that's when everyone disappeared they seem me at the counter no help I got the guy making pizza's attention by ring the bell he was no help he didn't know what to do about my pizza so rather than helping me he goes back to making pizza's I guess he couldn't ask anybody because they were too busy eating ? So I was finally able to ask 1of the delivery ladies were my pizza was and how I have been waiting for some time she asked the guy making pizza's no help from him then she figured it out it was in the pick-up window on the warmer. Thanks too her i finally got my pizza ! I guess it was too hard for the guy making pizza to turn around and try to find my pizza and for the rest of the managers and staff to provide customer service when it's time for them to eat. Well I didn't get the pizza until 9:10pm after all of that I couldn't even eat because a simple thing made harder then ordering and paying and picking had to go on for more than 45min . Because staff was too busy. Pizza was cold I was not going to have them remake it nobody to ask no compensation for the wait ? Just want to say thank you to the delivery person who helped she stepped up when nobody else could.

Pizza and garlic knots had a curry flavor. Pizza was over 40 min late but when we called it showed up in 5 min. No cheese or peppers packets on on the deliveries person and they didn't add the extra ranch which we paid for. Not recommended third time we had an issue and we called after each time which is why I'm posting now.

I ordered a mountain-sized 20" pizza: white sauce with chicken and pineapple. I repeated the order twice. Unfortunately, what we got was a chicken club, an entirely different pizza that includes bacon, tomatoes, green onions and no pineapple. But the manager made it right, baking us exactly what we had ordered. And as a bonus, he let us keep the chicken club. The pizzas were very tasty and had an ample amount of toppings. The crust was cooked all the way through and had a delightful chewy texture. We got the pizza to go, but when I was picking up I did notice that atmosphere was very pleasant and spacious. Will definitely be back.

I love their desi style and standard pizzas. Beat quality ingredients and toppings. Nice staff and great service. I heard they are soon going to work on the ambience. Definitely recommend this store.

Excellent service and great Pizzas We had 15 girls kitty party and had a blast. They served us 6-7 varieties and all of them were delicious. The best one was Malai Pizza.

This mountain mikes was awful. All bathrooms were disgusting filled with p*** and garbage and were out of order. Tried to order a promo through the website but couldn't add the fountain drinks into the cart so the promo code would not apply. When I got there trying to place the order they would not honor the promo. They wanted to charge me double the price of the promo and then the owner said he has no control over what's online so best he would do is $10 off which still was no where close to the promo offer. Half the arcade games were broken. I've honestly never had a worse time at a pizza place with my kids.

Avoid at all cost! This was my first time visiting this location and definatly my last. I went in at 11:20 for the pizza buffet, their hours are 11 to 2. When I got there I had to locate an employee to take my order. I ordered 1 buffet and a beer.I went to the salad bar and there were not any plates. I had to ask the young man for a plate and I waited awhile for that. I then noticed that there were not any utensils for the salad. I kept asking for them and he didnt understand what I wanted. Finally after about 10 minutes the utensils came out. This was around 11:35 and the buffet opened at 11!All of this time there was not a pizza out. Another family came in after me and they had to ask for things. ONE pizza eventually came out and that was it. I am glad that pepperoni is a good one. I left at 12:10 and all of that time only one pizza came out and was gone.The other thing is, I walked through the door at 11:15 and I noticed that a few tables were dirty with trash and left over food. Since the just opened, I am assuming that this is from the night before. Filthy, bad service, and poor quality food.This makes for a great no go combination.

Solid, amply topped pizza. We picked up our 1/2 mt. McKinley &1/2 Hawaiian pizza. Didn't eat it for another 30 minutes and the crust was still the right amount of crispy and soft. Will definitely make MM our neighborhood staple.
