When I called to find out what happened to my order, a very rude arrogant assistant manager refused to reimburse me or make the order again but wanted to charge me another $50 to run the order again. assistant manager hung up on me. No way to treat a customer who had made several orders from this place before.

I believe this Mountain Mikes is under new management. What seemed like overnight they went from below average to well above average! Well done. This is the go-to Mountain Mikes and I recommend it from now on.
