We’re from out of town and stumbled across this sandwich shop. The service was quick and the sandwiches were incredibly good. Every sandwich ordered was delicious. We’re likely to visit again in a future visit to the area.

Just the best sandwiches and service, and that’s a winning five star combination. I love walking out with a white bag, full of sandwiches, pickles, cookies, macaroni salad Yum The cookies are tollhouse authentic and are the perfect size for a nice dessert…

I got the sourdough bread mr. pickle which came without bacon and drowned in sauces. The bread was soggy (yuck) and fell apart quickly. Employees were rude and dismissive and didn't seem to want to be there. free cookie is a free cookie though

I would have to say one of the worst customer service base place you can ever go to. I was standing in line ordering a sandwich and one of the sandwich makers splattered a whole bunch of barbecue sauce all over me! He said sorry, but when I asked for something to help clean up the splattered sauce all over me, he continued to ignore me and continue with making a sandwich for somebody else. When I called the manager said that it would be too much work to take off his gloves and grab me something and he did say sorry so that should’ve resolved everything

I just picked up a large order for work, driving 2 miles there and 2 miles back. When I picked up the order it was in one large grocery bag stuffed to the top. I asked "Is everything in here? Drinks? Dip? Chips?" The young guy at the cash register said yes. So I left and brought the order back to the workplace. When we arrived and unpacked it we noticed the Au Jus DIP for the FRENCH DIP wasn't put in the bag. I called the location to tell them they forgot to include it and asked for it to be delivered. The same young man who gave me the bag told me he had to go ask. He came back on the phone and said "they said you can come back and get it." (I can make another 4 mile round trip for their mistake?) I said "no, that's not right, I am already back at the job, and this was not my mistake, you offer delivery, can someone please bring it here." He said "please hold on" again. I waited for about 2 minutes on hold, then he hung up on me. I called back 3 times and they wouldn't answer. Basically avoiding my call. I was then informed by the other workers at our jobsite that they put the wrong bread on someone else's sandwich although the order stapled to the bag clearly noted the person did NOT want dutch crunch. So they messed up his sandwich too. The workers all agreed they always screw up at least 1 sandwich when we order there, so we just will go to another sandwich place in the future. Worst customer service ever.

First time to a Mr. Pickle's. I was pleasantly surprised. The maker was very open to adjustments. I was going to wait to eat it later, but after one bite, I couldn't stop.

Pretty tasty sandwiches in Livermore.Always tastes fresh, haven't been here in a few years. The staff could be a bit more friendlier towards each other haha seemed like they don't like each other. But once we started with our food the one helping us was nice. Will deff be back.

Cockroaches everywhere!We've always like MP, the staff are nice, the food is good, but this place has a massive roach infestation.Waiting to order lunch I saw a large roach crawling the back wall in the food prep area, staff saw it too and just shrugged it off, reported it to manager and left.Returned recently after almost a year, and just my luck another large roach causally in the waiting area. No idea how they're passing code but they're officially off my list.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of cross contamination. The staff are friendly and try to accommodate however its impossible with as busy as they get.
