Great environment and experience!
Went to this Winery for there first Comedy night they would not let us order Dinner with being a Member. It was very much let them eat cake attitude. Never going back
If I could do no stars I would. 7 of my family members went and the front two girls asked how many and we said only 5 are going to drink. They handed 5 of us wine testers without asking for our ID. When we went inside they handed all 7 of us rośe (including the two minors) when we only said 5 people. They then finally asked for our ID’s and took away two drinks. One of the people at the table who is of drinking age went up to use the restroom and they took away their half full drink away from the table without any communication. When asked about it the waiter was rude and said if we didn’t like that she could close us out and we could leave. Never going again. Great food but rotten attitude.
Tasty food, and good wine. The peach flat bread was good. The tots and aioli, the Brussels sprouts, and pork lettuce wraps were fantastic. Big thanks to Trish for taking care of us during our tasting; she was an absolute gem.
Absolutely amazing experience! The venue beautiful, the wines spectacular, and Suzie was truly fun to work with! Would absolutely visit this winery our next trip to Livermore!
We have been loyal members of Murrieta’s Well / Wentes for years, but our recent experience was extremely disappointing. On May 23rd, we visited with a large group (10) on 2 reservations. Despite our server confirming that our memberships would cover all tastings, the manager reversed this at the end, demanding we pay for additional tastings. We saw him pouring himself wine several times and going to another room to drink. He seems to be already drunk while on job. When we asked for clarification, the manager was rude and refused to involve a senior staff member or allow our server to confirm what she had told us. This was a shocking and unprofessional experience, completely out of line with the service we previously enjoyed. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disrespected & disappointed.
Lovely location. Great wine and good food with a calm atmosphere.
Good wine collection, food and ambience. We had fun.
Absolutely phenomenal wine tasting experience hosted by Trish! From start to finish, she created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at ease. Her knowledge of wines was impressive, and she shared fun, insightful stories behind each pour that brought the experience to life. The selection was perfectly curated, balancing bold reds, crisp whites, and a few delightful surprises. Trish’s passion for wine is contagious, and her attention to detail truly elevated the evening. Whether you're a wine novice or a seasoned enthusiast, this tasting is a must. Can’t wait to attend another event with her. Highly recommend!
Trying to cancel my reservation for Saturday but can’t reach anyone

Wonderful winery with an amazing Valentine’s Day setup.
My friends and I came in only an hour before closing and our host Salomei was the loveliest! We didn’t have a whole lot of time before closing but she still made us feel welcomed and we had a blast! I wish we had more time. The aesthetic was gorgeous even with the rainy weather out.
Came here unplanned for a wine tasting on Tuesday afternoon for our anniversary, went for a hike and ended up here😀. We were greeted by Diana with very warm welcome eager to share the place’s history and stories. The place and building were just beautiful with festive Christmas decorations and songs playing in the background. It felt like a holiday. Wines and stories Diana shared were just so fascinating. We will certainly go back here when they are full swing into serving food pairings along with wine. Their wines both whites (whip and Sauvignon Blanc) and reds(Tempranillo, Pettit Verdot) were just awesome!
I’m a big fan of the East Bay Wineries that remind you of Napa, and grateful to have come across this one Murrieta’s Well for the first time visiting in October at the recommendation and small gathering hosted by a dear friend and business partner. They have a cute barn that’s indoor and even event space and patio upstairs, just based on the venue and our service from our hostess Paulette I would give it five stars or more but the overall experience probably a lot less. I host a meet up for ladies wine and the other manager was generous to remind us of many selections of wine missing and even where we were not allowed to sit. Some of the ones I visit go out of their way to offer you a free sparkling upon entry, or even a membership but not this one. At some you get a QR code to scan of the tastings and offerings as well as sold on becoming a member or discount for buying bottles, I’m pretty sure the vibe was we don’t want you here or to come back. I wouldn’t mind giving it another try but not anytime soon. Tasting wise the wines are actually also pretty good and the pour is decent not too light and not too full. There was a Portuguese or Spanish red wine that they’re also known for if they have it I would really go for it. The Rose was light but a little too light for me. It’s $40+ and theirs different tiers based on if you want them to serve you or come inside vs. other places it may be cheaper being it’s Livermore but the wines may not be as good or tiers are based on the wine not the service. Wine great, service has some ups and downs.
It's better if we could bring our own nosh
