I went here with my friends and we had an interesting experience. The food was great, but the customer service was unusual. My friends and I were trying to split the bill with cash and the workers seemed annoyed or tired? It was about 12 pm, and they were on their phones too. I thought that was kind of weird, just to point it out. The boba tea here was really good as well. I still will go here again sometimes.

PSA BEWARE: Dishonest bill charge--this restaurant added to their tip amount without our permission and was very reluctant to give the paper receipt.
I took my parents here while they were visiting Livermore and my mother noticed the discrepancy after being suspicious of their reluctance to give the receipt after swiping the card.
authentic vietnamese fare, pricey for the serving size given
I like their food generally but will not be coming back on principle.

for what?
- $$$ all the future times I would've gone to eat here.

First time at ovations excellent food Pattaya was very authentic service was over the top awesome very accommodating most Thai places just have Thai iced coffee I'm not a Thai iced coffee drinker

Very family friendly and delicious food. They have varieties you can enjoy through the warm and cold seasons, which I always appreciate in a restaurant.
The shrimp dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. Pho was good.

Tried this place with the new ownership ... Overall service was great very nice and helpful with the food recommend... We have the seafood noodle soup and steak&eggs. Really recommend the steak and eggs... We also had the side order of grill oyster. The size was small but the taste is great also recommend those who like seafood.
