The VIBES!! It’s all about the people and the courteously good ambience at Panama Bay.
I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome by the barista and checker.
They sadly didn’t have their espresso machine working those 2 times I came in 2 days in a row but good thing they had matcha with lavender. Yummmmm 🤤.
I ordered the spinach pastry as well and the size and price was just right. I spent less than $13.50 and normally that would be $17 elsewhere. They had plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.
I am from SF and Oakland and I stop by Livermore to meet with clients. I highly recommend!

Great little cafe that has both indoor and outdoor seating. Got a chai latte and the barista offered to add pumpkin, as we are in autumn season. It was delicious.

Stop by to get another coffee on the way. Nice decoration with some of Halloween theme. It is nice coffee shop. I like the wall where you can write message on the cup holder and stick it to the wall. The cold brew and the oat raisin cookies are good. Worker is very friendly.

Great atmosphere in and out of the store with plenty of options.
This place has a wonderful atmosphere and terrible food. I got a breakfast sandwich and I might as well have went to McDonalds. (Yuck). Tasted like a low grade frozen sausage patty with fake plastic cheese om an English muffin.
But before I got my sandwich I was disappointed when I asked for a receipt and they printed up a order sticker for me. What am I suppose to do with a sticker? Wear it? Put it in my wallet to get stuck to my money? Then put it in its designated manilla envelope to stick to my other receipts? A Reciept is a record of purchase, giving someone a sticker for their records is just dumb. I'm more upset about that, than the disappointing breakfast sandwich.

I get the Mad Hatter or the Carmel frappe, the staff are professional, inviting and work well under pressure. The place is always full of happy people, laughing and chatting which makes for a great morning. Definitely a staple of Livermore Ca
