This is a great location I have been going to for years. The staff are friendly and speedy. Although the chow mein has been a bit dry on two occasions, I will still give 5 stars because they food taste great more than 90% of the time.

So I worked 12 long hours today. I wanted some Panda Express there was something on the menu I never tried before so, I wanted a sample. The guy says we don’t give out samples anymore I said well if I like the item I would like to buy it, but before I can explain to him he says are you going to buy some food? How rude!!!! So, do you really think I came in your establishment just to sample food? Get out of here!!!!! WOW!!!!!! Need better customer service.

I had a great experience at this Panda Express location. The place along with its seats were clean, the food was fresh along with its quality being quintessential (just like any other Panda Express location nationwide), however, the Beijing beef was a little too crusty for me (I guess that’s what Beijing beef is like). Overall, it’s a great place to visit.

I went in within the last hour and the restaurant was empty. I ordered honey shrimp. I should’ve known that the food was not fresh because there wasn’t very much shrimp left in the bowl.
When I got home to eat it, it didn’t taste good at all. It was dry. It wasn’t fresh. It was obviously sitting there since The early afternoon. I won’t go there again because I wasted $15 on a bowl. I ate one and then had to throw it away because I thought I was gonna get sick

I have not had Panda Express in years, but it was a fundraiser today so I grabbed myself and my wife a dinner tonight. I got the chow mein, orange chicken, and a beef dish. I have to admit, this is probably the worst food masquerading as Chinese I've ever had in my entire life. The beef and chicken were just slimy breading with a firm interior, and the noodles in the chow mein were thin and dry. Needless to say, I will never return, this place should be embarrassed. Also, I requested a 6 o'clock pick up, and I got a text 20 minutes earlier stating my food was ready, that's not how it is supposed to work.

Restroom was extremely dirty and when asked if My child could use it, I told that we couldn’t. I asked if someone could clean customers restroom, I was told that they didn’t have time.

I order Panda Express quite often. I almost never have negative experiences. However, i purchased a Family Meal for my family on 8/18/24. When i arrived at this facility, i was greeted and asked for the name on the order. I gave my name to the person, she looked, came back asked me for the order information. I showed her and also informed her i am technically early. My order stated 515PM at the latest. As im sitting there, i am watching ppl come and go and at this point, no one is in there but me. I get back up at 515PM to inquire if my order was going to be past 515PM. At this point, i am speaking with a different person than i originally spoke with in the beginning. I give her my name and she grabs my order that has been sitting on the counter the entire time... i was LIVID. Not only was my order ready, i was told it was NOT READY and no one thought to ask me what im waiting for or check on me at all. Mind you, they never updated it in their system that my order was ready. I never got the confirmation that it is ready even tho it was indeed ready. The lady who originally told me my food wasn't ready, returned. I informed her that she stated my food was not ready and it was and I've been waiting here for 15mins. This lady just smiles and giggles to her coworker and just stares back at me. None of these ladies apologized for the inconvenience. I told the original lady i spoke with that this is awful customer service and she couldn't even apologize to me for her own mistake. An apology would have went a long way. These workers need to be trained on better customer service.

When I go to any Panda Express I watch closely if they consider the amount of meat that comes in every scoop. This short Chinese lady with glasses put my plate together and no kidding there 3 little nuggets of Beijing beef and the rest just red peppers in her scoop. My sesame chicken only had a few pieces too and the rest vegetables. I don’t understand why the portions are small considering I arrived close to closing time. Panda’s foam containers are already designed to make small portions appear substantial and for the staff to skimp even further is just so disappointing! Not coming back to this location.
