Customers are supposed to take an empty tray and place a sheet of parchment paper on it themselves, and the trays are usually clean. I’ve been to this location a few times, but on my most recent visit, it looked like someone had used the trays and just put them back. There were bread crumbs, pieces of pastries, and even chocolate smudges on several trays. When I lifted the top one to find a clean tray underneath, the next one was dirty too — and so were the ones below it.

The Prosciutto, fig and mozzarella baguette sandwich was great. You definitely want to have them heat it up. Happy that they did not skimp on the prosciutto. The tiramisu cake slice was excellent too. The employees were helpful and the atmosphere was clean, bright and inviting. I will return. If you don’t see a sandwich that you want from the menu be sure and ask as they might be making more in the back.

We ordered two. The Coconut-Mango cake at the first party was disappointing —it was pretty dry, and we even found a hair toward the bottom!
Luckily, the chocolate cake at the second party was good and guests enjoyed it. It's a bummer we couldn't have had great cakes for both events.
