We had Napoleon and a deep dish, however the Napoleon undercarriage was under cooked, the deep dish was cold and the undercarriage was doughy not cooked, don't get me started on the sauce no flavor. What happened, the worst pizza I have ever had. big waste of money, very sad. Service was hap hazard

It was a great mother's day Sunday but I was here with my friends. We ordered BBQ sauce pizza and tikka masala pizza and drinks. The drinks were mimosas, Martini, Lemon drop. We were seated outside as the weather was great and music was playing outside as people walked around with their jukebox, hustle- bustling around with people. It was a great vibe. The server was great, funny and friendly. We really enjoyed the afternoon. I definitely will recommend this place. It is one of our favorite places to meet with friends.

Returned after having not visited in a few years. The pizza is still very good, but they are not keeping the place up and the wear and tear is visible and makes the place look a little dirty and dingy.Friendly staff Drinks were hit and miss. Seems to have lost its cool vibe that it had years ago.

The restaurant is in a beautiful area. The pan pizza was surprisingly a very very thin crust that was almost like a cracker. I can't imagine what the thin crust was like.

I placed order for pick up for kids pizza and some other items. Agreed on price and when I was about to start from home to pick up the order, Manager called and said that they cannot make 6 inches pizza and I would have to buy 10 inches pizza and pay extra for that. When I told them that kids won’t be able to finish that much pizza and they should make 10 inches pizza in same price. They blatantly refused. I think this example of bad customer experience. They took order, then they could not make it due to issues on their side and they changed order and expected customer to pay for their issues. Very disappointed.

When making vegan-friendly options, non-vegan restaurants without a diverse taste pallet may rely heavily on these ostensible taste dependencies: fake cheeses, fake meats, oil and sugar, discounting all of the rich and natural flavors that come from plants in the form of vegetables, fruits, and seasonings. I've had pizza twice from Patxi's. I don't think the owners understand the importance of adding other taste profiles on a vegan pizza because both times it's just a oily & cakey fudge of a bread patty with an over-reliance on fake cheese and sugary tomato paste. I love Chicago-style pizza as I've literally had it straight from the windy city! But the taste is just not curated well at Patxi's. Honestly, I'd rather order from papa john's or 1st class pizza nearby. Locanda Wine Bar downtown livermore understands the balance between fats and carbs as well (but their vegan options lack - you have to have them customize a meal).
