My favorite “coffee chain” coffee shop. I’ll almost always go for black coffee and there is always a unique blend on the menu. They make blended drinks as well but if you enjoy good brewed coffee, this is the place. I never get a “burnt” cup or anything that isn’t fresh. Staff readily offers to make a new batch if it’s even close.

As far as staff goes, excellent customer service and friendly people (especially the early morning group).

Nice shop, good coffee and staff. My only critique is that sometimes it takes really long to get a drink. I know it is not their fault (the same thing happens at Starbucks), but I think they get inundated with mobile orders sometimes and it feels like they are scrambling to fulfill those mobile orders before they can make drinks for the people standing in the store in person.
