We came here as a family and were very disappointed by the front desk manager’s behavior (who said he is also the owner). The space between our table and the next one was less than a foot, while most other tables had about two feet between them. I mentioned they should space it out in the future that it felt too tight and that I almost knocked into the other table while helping my child.
The owner brushed it off and said, “This is normal; all tables are spaced the same”. He came back again just to repeat himself while staring at the tables. Hope he has his eyes checked and his attitude. It felt like he was annoyed that we had kids, especially since he first seated us in a corner outside.
Not family-friendly. Good music, average food for the price (L Campo downtown is much better), and the owner’s attitude completely ruined the experience.

A special shout-out to our waitress, Dominique, who was incredibly nice and super attentive the entire evening. She really made the meal even better.

Outstanding! Everything was top-notch. My wife and I had the Chicharrón with Hatch Chile corn dip appetizer, the Beet Salad and the Agua Chile Ribeye. Finished off with the Peanut Butter Toffee Bar…….scrumptious! The live music was perfectly mellow and combined with the excellent ambiance. The lighting is perfect. The servers warm and very conscientious and best of all were the owners Eduardo and Blanca Posada warmly interacting with their guests.

Livermore is one lucky place to have such an incredible restaurant! From the minute you walk in and are greeted by Chef Eduardo and Jorge the Sommelier and the friendly staff, this restaurant becomes more than a place to wine and dine. It is a mix of class and comfort and they make you feel like you are part of a family every time you visit. We felt like royalty! We had one of their specials and the steak and prawns and every bite of the avocado, roasted corn, and poblano chili they decorated them with were cooked and displayed to perfection. The suggested wine pairing was the Chateau des Laurets Bordeaux blend. It tamed the chili while enhancing the red meat with strong tannins. We polished off the meal with the blueberry mousse and left so very full and happy! Our precious waitress, Amber, made great conversation while educating us about the amazing assortment of wines in the cellar, our wine choice, and the food. She kept the evening lighthearted and made sure we weren’t missing a single element of this dining experience to assure a perfect evening. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! We love the people, the food, and the wine, and are thankful Posada has chosen to be in Livermore for us!

Excellent food and service for lunch. We ordered the hamachi ceviche and Posada’s signature chicharrones with Mexican strewn corn to start. The ceviche was fresh and flavorful and the chicharrones in combination with the savory corn dip was a great texture combination. We’ve never had the latter together before and it was a nice surprise. We then had the king enchiladas and parm crusted Baja tacos which were both delicious and perfectly cooked as well. Next time we might try the other fish tacos on the menu that come with the watermelon salad as we saw a bunch of other customers order that. We would definitely go back for another lunch and also try their dinner menu.
