Chinese run, hispanic chefs.
Over the course of an hour, we watched the server go to the bathroom, take out the trash, handle money/register (he even dropped on the floor), and stick his hand in the mop bucket - all without changing his gloves.
Ramen itself is probably a bit under instant ramen quality, and then any vegetables have been sitting in the steamer all day to the point of mush. However mushy you think they are, add another couple of hours worth in the steamer. This was baby food mush.

The food is absolutely delicious. The right level of cooking of meat and the right flavor. My family enjoyed it.

The services is very bad, both lady and the young man are rude, especially the lady when taking our orders, she is impatient and aren't accommodate to our requests. The soup tasted very artificial flavor broth, so as the spice add-on. I had diarrhea after eating their food... I will not come back again.

We were initially hesitant to visit this restaurant while we were at the Premium Outlets for shopping, but we decided to give it a try. The ambience was pleasant and well-maintained. As for the food, we ordered the chicken rice, which consisted of rice, chicken, and broccoli with teriyaki sauce. It was decent, nothing extraordinary. We also tried the Chicken Ramen, Seafood Ramen, and Vegetable Ramen. Unfortunately, they all tasted quite average, lacking any distinct flavors. The only difference seemed to be the choice of meat or toppings. While the portions were generous, the taste of the ramen soup did not meet our expectations compared to dedicated ramen restaurants.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 PM and received our order by 8:50 PM. However, despite the closing time being 9 PM, at 9.10pm we felt rushed as the staff began cleaning up, putting chairs away, and dimming the lights, creating an unpleasant experience. In this situation, it would have been better if they simply stopped allowing dine-in after a certain time and focused on take-out orders instead. Overall, the ramens here are expensive for the taste. Not worth it.
Black garlic ramen unremarkable and flavorless. Egg overcooked.

I went with some coworkers for lunch. The food was good, and the service was pretty quick. There a lot of options outside of Ramen.
