Stanley Round Table Pizza - Beware when you order on the app. The substitutions/removal of toppings apparently does not come through so no onions = extra onions and they would not offer any credit or replacement.
The manager was very condescending on the phone and hung up on us after requesting the owner contact information and being told they’re out of the country for 3 weeks. Lovely.
The ironic part is the app wanted my order to go to the East Avenue location so if I had not have readjusted the location to Stanley they would have lost a sale. ($77 for delivery of a large one topping and medium specialty is insane regardless but unfortunately it’s too late)
0/10 recommend. Will not be back.

If I could have given them a no-star review I would have but unfortunately I have to at least put one star in order to be able to write a review this is the worst and I mean the worst customer service I have everr experienced in my life and I am a flight attendant who is used to dealing with people that are not always at their best unfortunately we ordered a pizza to go got it home and it was raw in the middle night before leaving on vacation I called told them the situation they wanted me to come back that night and haven't made I was driving to mountain House where I live did not want to return they said I could have it made the next day if I had my receipt which I did have my receipt but it was damaged from being next to the sweating sodas I purchased I told them that I was getting ready to go on vacation which side note was to have chemotherapy for a brain tumor and now that I'm back I tried to have the pizza remade that I paid for only to spend over 30 minutes being bounced around from what they claim to be manager to manager a female and a male asking me a million questions that I did not know the answers to but I have my receipt so I have proof of purchase and so they basically denied making my pizza and hung up on me because I couldn't remember exact details unfortunately I wished I could I would much rather know those details than to be in the medical situation I am so not only is it terrible customer service there is no empathy compassion or anything close to that at this location so if I were you I would not give them my business because you never know when the tables will be turned and it might be you that they're so rudely disrespectful enough to hang up on

This location must be owned by Indians because it is the most cheap location. They don’t warrant any coupons including their official app. They say “we don’t participate” but everywhere else I go to, those round tables accept them no issue. The Mexican manager at this location is rude too. The pizza is always good and the young people who work there are nice but this round table is the worst managed/run Round Table I’ve ever been to. It’s unfortunate because I’ve spent so much over years and love their pizza but I’ll never come to this location again.

I've been a regular at this location through the Round Table app. There's a good rewards system in place, and the quality has always been on point. Plenty of toppings, perfectly cooked, never too much grease and never any issues with my custom pizza requests. I see comments that the staff may not be friendly, but my orders are on point and they always deliver my order in a timely fashion. If you want folks to smile, be humble, be kind and be the type of person that makes people want to smile.

This place came up when you search for pizza buffet but they no longer have the buffet. False advertising is real out here. Paid more for a small pizza than I would have if I got the buffet deal. needless to say that I won't be coming back.

TERIIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Ordered a pizza online. They made it wrong and wanted to charge me for a new one!! I tried to speak with the manager. She called her boss. Then came back and tried to charge me to remake the pizza the way I ordered it online! what happened to customer service???
