Saused is one of our go-to restaurants when in Livermore to see a show at the Bankhead Theater. We miss the location in San Jose that shut down. We both tried different things this time. I had the smokey wings. My GF had the pork belly burnt ends. The only thing we didn't care for was the slaw, not because it was bad (it was not), but because it was vinegar based rather than mayonnaise based. We just need to remember this and choose a different side next time!

Sauced in Livermore is consistently good. Food is served, orders are correct, and wait staff is does a good job. Nothing bad to say. In my opinion, a restaurant that serves food consistently prepared, that is a little high energy (in a good way) and has good staff is the best place for a casual meal. 100% recommend

Good, but way overpriced bbq. How can you justify $2 for a teaspoon of sour cream and $1.50 for 8 little shavings of cheese? I know food has gotten expensive, but this is opportunistic. Everything else was just as overpriced. It was good, but it's bbq, not Michelin. $50 per person without alcohol is wild. Also, the server allowed my daughter to order fried chicken prepared with Carolina Reaper sauce without warning her that it's essentially inedible to most humans and that pepper is used mostly for "challenge" type foods (i.e. " no one can eat these hot wings"). When the server saw her leave the table and run to the restroom, she essentially came over to gloat after she got back and didn't offer to replace or refund, even though my daughter only ate one bite. She then claimed she had no idea what they used or that it was that hot. That's either a lie, incompetence, or poor training. And before you jump to any conclusions, note that my daughter likes spicy foods, and has eaten Serrano, and even Habernero, chilis before and tolerated them. There is also no written warning or note on the menu about this. The spice level is a choice determined verbally by the server asking the patron. There isn't even a mention of having spice intensity options. Do better, especially considering that you charge so much.

Hostess walked up to the check in desk and just looked at me, no smile, no greeting. She finally asked if I had a reservation, but I felt I was bothering her. Serving size of brisket was small.

Highly recommend you go to 1st St., ale house instead. Walked in and waited. No one greeted me walked to the bar. Everything was dirty. No one greeted us turned around and left. No employee said anything…

Great service, a little noisy and the Food was very good. The burgers are VERY MEATY! I had the one with 2 meat Patty's, tri tip and bacon. WOW that's alot of MEAT! Even the regular burger had two thick patties. Carnivorous..

My rib eye steak was terrible. I could barely cut it with my steak knife. It was tough to chew to say the least. I ordered it cooked medium. I would never order another one. I did not complain to Sauced because I did not want to ruin the birthday dinner for my son. The rest of the food that my family ate was ok, nothing to brag about. I myself was very disappointed as I paid $40 for my steak. I was really expecting to have some good tasting steak. 👎🏻

The service was good. We were seated outside so it was not noisy. The problem we had was that they served raw chicken for one of the meals. Had my friend not been looking she would have bit into it. It was visibly raw.
