Staff was exceptional. We had reservations but they were able to get us in a bit earlier. RC, our waiter was friendly, fun, personable, helpful and patient. We had a great time and so did our out of town guests. Food was great!!

Went there for my 60th B-day. Was greeted by the staff as we walked in and to our table. Which I appreciated 👏 and it was our first time visiting. The waitress was very patient and friendly, also very helpful in deciding our main course. We went with the family feast which feeds 6-8 people.

I ended up coming her with my family to try out their meat. I got a brisket with loaded potato and corn bread and a sweet iced tea
I would rate the brisket a good 6/10
My reasons for that is because when it came out it wasn’t very hot it was more on the cold side then warm. I ended up trying it without bbq and it had no kind of flavor or any kind of seasoning. The slices were kind of thin . Only came with a couple of slices.
The loaded potatoes same thing with the seasoning not much . It wasn’t hot either it was barely warm. The cheese on it tasted pretty cheap but over all it was ok 6/10
The corn bread was definitely my least favorite hard from the outside tasted like if it was warmed up from yesterday . But good from the inside 5.5/10
Now my favorite was just the drink
.. the sweet
Iced tea ! Definitely a 10/10
Service was good 5/5
And the atmosphere was also alright 4/5

Brisket was excellent. Burnt ends were decent. Nice atmosphere would recommend to anyone that it's worth the detour. It is on the expensive side for sure.

2 visits. Good BBQ. I did not find anything exceptional but the atmosphere was a loud, fun traditional BBQ type of restaurant. We had a large table with 9 people and they would not split the appetizers onto separate plates to make it easier for us to share.

Once I was able to find a parking place and walk back to restaurant my party was seated right away. There was a bit of a wait due to our server being on a break. Once our order was taken I sampled the pork belly appetizer sit was delicious along with an old fashion cocktail. The main course was a 3 meat combo. The smoked ribs and chicken wings were delicious but the brisket mid not have much flavor. Overall it was a good night.

Front staff need serious training. I asked for a table for 4. Got put on a wait-list. They seated 3 other groups of 4 before I decided to walk out. Once I walked out one of the 3 hostesses came out and said my table for 2 was ready. Like when did I ask for 2? I told her I was leaving since they chose to seat other people instead. I had a baby in a car seat as well waiting the entire time.

Customer service is very important. The people at the front are the face of the business. They need to be trained better. Instead of them just hanging out and talking they should have been paying attention to the customers coming through the door.

Worth the 40-minute drive! The Swamp Fries were loaded and delicious, and the Hand Grenades were insanely good. Loved their house-brewed beer—Pig Ol’ Bitties was a standout. Great food, chill vibe, and awesome drinks service was top notch first couple times but today it was not so great . Definitely need more people or better waiters .. but I’ll definitely be back!
