Been here a couple times, the food is always good! The waiter was good, but the dessert was great. I had their banana pudding and it was THE BEST banana pudding I've ever eaten!
Our server was great. She kept checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. The food was really good. I usually get the Hippy Chick salad , this time ordered the BLT Brisket Melt sandwich w/season waffle fries. Outstanding. Friend had 1 meat combo Brisket Burnt Ends W/green beans & potato salad. She loved it. I've been here many times and always enjoy the food & atmosphere. Best to make reservations cause this place is also busy.
The food was good. The service, however could have been better. The vibe we got from our waitress felt like we were a burden to her. And funny, we are suppose to tip for bad service? I'd rather stop going.
It's been a year since we came back to place since a local BBQ place opened near our house. Since it was a nice sunny day we went for a drive (30mins out). I forgot how the food tasted. It was great but the service kinda sucked. It took a really long time to get our food. Our waitress was not attentive as much. Sometimes simple just as refilling my unsweetened ice tea with a sweetened ice tea. I didnt want ro bother and asked to get me my corrected drink. Made me feel bad. Eating there today made me feel bad for asking for a drink.i originally ordered. At least the food was good. Service not so much.
The service was great and the food it's always amazing! Great atmosphere as well! Keep up the great work.👍👍
The BBQ is 10/10. The brisket, tri tip and sausage are my favorite. Great atmosphere and always good company. Highly recommended.

I went to Sauced for dinner for the first time Tue, Oct 23,2024. I’d heard it was great but didn’t find it to be great at all. It was a Tuesday at 4pm so the place was hardly occupied but it took forever to get service - Our server was very nice and professional once she arrived though.
The biggest problem was the good: I ordered the 2 meat platter with ribs, pulled pork, chili, and slaw. The pork was so dry it was inedible, the ribs were way overcooked and felt like jerky with sauce on it in my mouth. The chili was fantastic though, and so hearty it could have been a meal in itself. The slaw was crunchy and flavorful with a nice hint of spice. Overall I didn’t finish my meal, and actually went home and ate a sandwich after instead. Lastly, worth noting that though the place itself is very nice and well laid out with great indoor and outdoor seating options, the staff and the manager were possibly the most unhappy looking team I have ever witnessed in a restaurant. Actually that may be the issue - maybe it’s just managed badly. In either case I won’t be back - there are too many fantastic places to eat in Livermore to waste time on an experience like this.

Casual BBQ chain restaurant in downtown Livermore. They offer an assortment of slow smoked BBQ, Southern sides, craft beer, spirits, and more. Atmosphere is lively, loud, and relatively family-friendly, with multiple TVs featuring sports games. Indoor and outdoor seating is available via bar, high top tables, and standard tables. This location used to also host live music ?
Their BBQ is soft but tends to be kinda fatty. They have their own BBQ sauces (you can also find them at most large grocery chain stores), but I personally don't like any of them.
Overall, a fun spot for groups but kinda pricey. Never became one of our go-to restaurants but a place to take friends and guests.

If you want BBQ, stop looking now and go here. You found the place.
I’d eat here daily if my wife let me.

Food used to get 5 stars, until they dropped the Jalapeño Cheese Grits. We used to go there for great BBQ and those fab JCGs.

We really want to love Sauced but it's gonna be hard no for us. Since our last visit. We love the out door seating but it's kind of dirty. Bbq sauce on walls sticky chairs and the bins where they keep the sauces needs to be cleaned. They have definitely raised prices and are serving less food. The quality and quantity have gone down. Please hire a bartender who can make a long island. Drinks are served with too much ice in such a little glass. Service was lacking. Had to have another server help us since ours was MIA. We order a bumpkins, redneck nachos runt size, cauliflower bites, smash burger, swamp fries and 2 drinks. It was just meh. $120 for meh.

This is one of the best restaurants in this neighborhood. Chicken sandwiches were very flavorful and certainly worth trying. We also tried their mango jalapeño cocktail and would recommend that.
Overall the place has good atmosphere and we will be coming back one of the weekend nights.
The service was slow and random. We were served by 3 different people. Nobody came to check on you once served. Plus they missed one of our appetizers. That kind of spoiled the experience but will give it a try for the sake of good food.

Best ribs in town!! Try their smoked dinosaur beef ribs, it's a fantastic experience. These are the best ribs I've had during my trip to the US. If I had more days here, I would come back for more. Come early so you're sure to get their beef ribs.
