I wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received this evening. I accidentally placed the wrong order, and despite it being the end of the day and the barista being visibly tired, they were incredibly kind and patient. They cancelled my mistake and replaced it with the correct drink immediately without charging me extra. It was a wonderful gesture that truly turned my day around!

I feel absolutely annoyed and bored. Today I came for my Starbucks Venti with my family like I usually do 4 or 5 times a week but today they sold me almost the entire cup with ice. 🥲 I don't know how much coffee was in it but it disappeared in one sip. I asked why my cup had so much ice and checked if my order had been with extra ice but the girl with her beautiful curls and glasses just told me a flat "it's like that, it's always served like this." 😥 My husband's and daughter's are not like that and all 3 are venti. I feel frustrated. I think next time I'll order my coffee without ice and an extra cup with ice ✨
