Purposefully blasting music at full volume so as to drive customers out, instead of sitting around. Makes me not want to return. Pretty inconsiderate.

This was my first time at this Starbucks. It was very nice and they were very friendly. It’s a bigger Starbucks inside with vaulted ceilings, which makes it seem spacious, but I like the options of the chairs and tables and of course the delicious drinks.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I asked for a simple drink modification: pecan syrup in my cold foam instead of vanilla for my Iced Americano, as needed for a lower sugar content instead of vanilla AND pecan syrup. As someone who has worked at Starbucks, I know this is entirely possible, it would require my cold foam to be made fresh and not utilize the premade one in their refrigerator, but it is not a difficult request. The employee initially told me it couldn’t be done and only changed her answer after I mentioned my previous experience working at Starbucks.
Even after all the back-and-forth, the drink I received was missing the extra cold foam I had ordered. When I pointed this out, the employee rudely handed me what was essentially the corner of a “pup cup” and said, “Here, there’s not much left,” which was shocking, to say the least. So, I returned both the drink and the “extra cold foam” and left. I had been so excited to try the new fall flavors, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Honestly, it made me not even want Starbucks. I’d much rather make it at home than deal with rude service like that.
To make matters worse, the manager, Heather, completely condoned this behavior. When I returned to ask for the District Manager’s information, she didn’t offer the slightest apology for the disrespect and poor treatment I had experienced.
Customer service clearly isn’t a priority at this location, and based on other reviews, my experience isn’t an isolated one. I genuinely hope Mark Szto or another higher-up visits this store and addresses the ongoing issues. As a customer, and especially one familiar with Starbucks operations and policies, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed, I usually stop at this friendly store order a latte for the road. Yesterday, I brought in my Starbucks cup and was told that they can't rinse out cups anymore?? Really.
I went to the washroom and rinsed it out. If this is a store wide rule, it's ridiculous. I probably should have left. People are struggling at the best of times, a little kindness goes a long way.
Bad idea to move the store from outlet foot court to this place. They hide the straws and trays, which is very inconvenient for customers to access.

Second time here and will not be going back. It is a nice location, but the staff is slow, rude and totally unprofessional. No smiles or greetings when entering and have an attitude problem. Go to another Starbucks if you can.

This Starbucks is awful. The drive through is always closed and the location does not close and open at the hours they state. The staff is also rude and gets your order wrong. Horrible horrendous
I thought it may be have coincidences but I got stomachache every time after drinking coffee from you. We got another order on Saturday 4/26 and my friend spent all afternoon throwing up... I didn't know until now so I have to write a review to get some attention, at least the coffee machine needs to replaced or cleaned!
Well... the employees were so rude here that I'm not suprised the place looked disheveled and empty.
This is a hidden gem. Great staff! They are always friendly and consistent. There isn't a weak staff member at this Starbucks. It's usually not crowded, the drinks come out the same every time, and the service comes with a smile and kindness. This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Love it. Shout-out to the amazing staff!

The service of this place was genuinely awful. I came in during the morning and I was the only one in there, no one even acknowledged that I came in while I stood at the pick up area for 5 minutes. That’s fine! I mean I don’t think it’s necessary for them to but usually they do that at every other starbucks I go to. I asked about my order and they literally gave me the nastiest looks and said “we’re working on it.” So I kept waiting but I was in a bit of a rush to get to school so I waited 3-4 more minutes and saw a couple of drinks next to the pick up lane, so I asked one of the people if my drink could be there. Instead of checking or saying no, the girl looked at me and looked back at whatever she was doing and just didn’t respond. She also gave me a really annoyed look when I dont think it’s criminal to ask about the status of my drink. This was really really weird to me. The girl next to her said my drink was finished and handed it to me. My drink was made 10 minutes late and it was incredibly mediocre, because clearly it was made hastily. Essentially the environment in there was just horrible because of the baristas, and I would hate to go back. The woman who handles the drive thru is nice, however. I’ve interacted with her before and she’s kind. The rest of them were just incredibly rude and gave me a horrible start to my morning.
If you’re choosing a Starbucks, there’s a much better one at fallon gateway. The only plus this place has is that it’s quite large. But for the drinks and the people there, it’s not worth it.
I completely fell in love with the cashier, her name is Stacy, If you read this, pls follow me on ig, I was too nervous to ask you for your Snapchat or instagram, but this is my only hope for contacting with you 😞
Disappointing experience at this Starbucks location
I went to Starbucks with my mom and little sisters, and from the start, the customer service was terrible. The person taking our order was rude and unfriendly, making us feel like a bother. When I got my drink (a strawberry açaí), it tasted like water—no flavor at all. I’ve ordered this drink many times with water, and it always has flavor, so I mentioned it to the barista. Instead of listening, he just said, “Well, you ordered it with water, not lemonade,” like it was my fault. He reluctantly made me a new one, but the “manager” stepped in and made things worse.
She asked what was wrong and if he was remaking my drink. When I said yes, she insisted on taking my old one. I told her if they were just going to throw it out, I’d keep it for my sisters. Instead, she dumped it in front of me and then put the used cup back with the unused ones! That’s unsanitary and really concerning for a place that serves food and drinks. When I brought it up to her, she brushed it off and was rude.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, rude, and not up to the standards I expect from Starbucks. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and hygiene.

Long lines after ordering, slow unhappy staff, surprisingly little seating as most of it is empty. And no one cleans. Needs a manager who cares more and not just on Google
