They don’t know how to give toppings for oatmeal why would i order plain oatmeal. They have 4 teenage girls working it’s a joke of a store. No common sense amongst the four.

Ordered two Carmel frappes, one with extra whip and the other with extra Carmel and extra ice. They never called my name when they were finished and the first one was completely wrong. I walked out unknowingly then came back when I realized. I told the cashier that one of them was wrong. He looked at me and said “okay?” So I asked if it was possible to remake it and he stared at me for about 10 seconds then said “sure.” He redid the drink and it took about a minute because half assed it, had no flavor and the color was white instead of the tan it usually is. The attitude was horrendous. I didn’t catch his name but if you see a big brown guy with a beard don’t even bother walking in. Try out the Starbucks by first street near Safeway instead!

I think CLARISE and ANNA make the whole store! With them being soooo personal, remembering each person and their drink, socializing about their lives makes it feel like a friendship and makes me only want to go to this store!!!! They better not ever leave or i might move on to anothet store?

Patty is so sweet I think she maybe the manager/barista and Eric the barista- he takes my drinks like speedy Gonzalez every time! Service has greatly improved! ;)
The staff seemed overwhelmed with work. Starbucks should add 1 more employee here. The restroom was locked. I order my coffee from my app which has a very bad UI. I couldn't find the status of my order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got my coffee. This review has 1 less star due to bad app design.
