Beyond Exceptional customer Service by Sesoned employee named Pam. Food was fresh, coffee was hot, and everyone smiled. I sipped my Chai Tea latte, and a little part of me died. Kudos Starbucks! KUDOS!
I think CLARISE and ANNA make the whole store! With them being soooo personal, remembering each person and their drink, socializing about their lives makes it feel like a friendship and makes me only want to go to this store!!!! They better not ever leave or i might move on to anothet store?
The staff seemed overwhelmed with work. Starbucks should add 1 more employee here. The restroom was locked. I order my coffee from my app which has a very bad UI. I couldn't find the status of my order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got my coffee. This review has 1 less star due to bad app design.
