Arrived close to closing time, but service was still on point and my coffee was delicious and to perfection.

Our experience at the drive thru wasn’t pleasant. The barista who was working the drive thru (Juliana) took our order in a very snappy tone. Special instructions were given for our drinks which were then repeated back to us by her. When we received our drinks, they werent the way we ordered them. When we asked her to remake it, she took the drink back and we can clearly see how she was talking to her coworker about the situation in a gossiping manner. She came back, drink was still wrong. As she walked back with the drink once again, we can see how Juliana and that same coworker made eye contact in a very intense way. We thanked her for remaking it and were completely ignored as she turned away and continued with her work. Juliana was very unprofessional and needs to further enhance her customer service skills. And “gossiping” about a customer while they are currently in front you is not okay. I may not know exactly what they said, but body language and facial expressions tell it all .

Most Starbucks hold the upmost quality, respect and cleanliness. This one is no different and it's conveniently located right off the freeway! Also breakfast here is really good 😊👍

Every time I order my drink the cofee cup isn't even filled to the top. I didn't ask for no ice either so there is no reason it shouldnt be filled. This morning I asked for the cup to be filled and it looks like she just added more ice. Drinks are already 7 dollars so getting shorted is a big deal.

We go there just about every morning on the way to work, the service is great, very happy, friendly staff! The drinks are always delicious & the food is always hot & fresh! I get the Carmel Frappuccino & the double smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich!

This Starbucks has become a mandatory stop on my way home to Modesto from any trip in the bay area. Right off the freeway and right back on couldn't be easier!

I don’t understand if you submit the online order how does that differentiate from verbally stating your order through the drive-thru? We submitted our order through the app a minute before pulling through the drive thru, they said they had our order, and we got to the window. We were told to go around again because our order wasn’t ready and they wanted to get the people behind us. We decided to park and just pick up the order inside, still had to wait 5+ minutes.
