Went for an afternoon pick me up. No line. Pleasant atmosphere (not loud or crowded). Plenty of seating. Barista was friendly, order was ready in less than 10 minutes of being placed.
I like, and prefer, this Livermore location for all the reasons above.

I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The girl with glasses and pink highlights seemed impatient when taking orders and came across as condescending. She was dismissive, even toward kids, and didn’t seem interested in taking orders correctly. It made the interaction uncomfortable. On a positive note, the guy making the drinks was friendly and helpful — he took the time to explain things clearly. Unfortunately, the overall service from the front counter staff left a bad impression.

My favorite Starbucks 🫶🏽 i commute from San Leandro for work and I literally wait to get my coffee in Livermore because of how amazing the service is at this location. The team is so kind and are very much organized.

I’m not sure who made my drink today Sunday 06/15/25, For Gabriela, they write thx! on my cup, but they made the BESTEST ICED HORCHATA OATSHAKEN ESPERSSO COFFEE EVER!!! This location is 5 STARS in my opinion, always clean, and organized and the staff is so sweet and fast. So glad it’s The closest to my job.

Make a wrong coffee. When I ask to change the lady just gone and said nothing.
The guy who took my order barely said anything like( big curly dyed blond hair) like doesn’t wanna work here. Then served my coffee in a plain cup with nothing on it. Couldn’t even tell if it was really mine or if it’s the right order…

Came to this facility in order to study and probably get a cup of coffee or something to snack on which I always do however, i apparently did not purchase anything fast. Enough or within a timely manner, I was asked to leave. For a coffee shop that is supposed to be chill and laid back where you can just hang out and do your thing. This is sure, not the spot what I noticed. It's that service seems slow and not many people seem to be coming to hear and I realized this after looking at the reviews which I'm writing one now to add to the 1 star reviews this Starbucks is garbage, it shouldn't even be open at this point, there's plenty of them around and plenty of them that. Don't care whether I buy right away or not and care for their customers. I will be taking my business there Permanently and will be recommending anybody who I know not to come here. I will also be reposting this review on several other social medias. My children used to come to this facility. I no longer will as well as my cousins and nieces

Opens at 5am, went at 5:15am and the drive thru was closed. There was 2 employees inside but the doors were still locked and the business was not open. This location does not care about listed business hours.
